I ordered this hose retractor because my wife was struggling with our standard 100 foot hoses. Unit is high quality and easy to mount and install. Works very well and made life much easier for her to water the gardens. Also hides the hose when not in use. Easy to pull the hose out when needed and retracts the hose just as easily. I would hive this product the highest rating overall. Worth the money!

For years I’d put up with the misery of a cheap hose reel that usually didn’t work properly and even when it did work it was marginal at best. Finally, I relented and began my quest for the perfect hose real. It quickly became apparent that a quality hose real is not cheap. And I did not want to make the mistake of spending a lot of money on a product and later regret the purchase. With that said, I spent a lot of time researching and reading customer reviews. The customer reviews including many who experienced buyer’s remorse. Several expressed disappointment with their purchase and went on to state they wish they hadn’t gone with the item on sale and had “just spent the money for a Hoselink” reel. Those comments were the encouragement I needed to research a Hoselink hose reel. Ultimately, I decided that was the hose reel I was going to buy. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. Installation was very quick and easy. And, best of all, it works like a champ. It’s an awesome product! I will probably buy a second to replace one of my other hose reels that is a quality product, but it’s not as good as my new Hoselink reel.

Great product. The retraction is very strong, takes a bit to get it engaged but once it clicks you're off to the races. Once the unit fills with water and you get to tugging the hose it does put quite a bit of strain on the mount point so make sure you are sinking the bolts into something very sturdy. The product is well built. You really are getting what you pay for with this. Thick plastic, solid build, quick connect hose connection. I will be buying another for the garden.

These are expensive, but once you buy one you'll never want a regular hose again. It is super handy for my garden area as it is just a pull to rewind the hose. To make your life easier when you use the hose just walk out the length you'll need to get to everything and work your way back to the reel. I recommend buying a few extra quick connects which allows you to swap from the reel to a regular hose for things like pressure washers and such.
