So far so good! I installed this yesterday and it was fairly easy to do by myself. I already love how the hose retracts on its own and I get some decent length out of it. I can reach a large area without having to go back and forth and unlink the hose and lift it over things. Beats having to lug the old hose around! Hose seems sturdy enough and maybe won’t crack under a hot summer sun if it’s inside the hosing enclosure which I didn’t have the luxury of with my old hose! This is such a great device. I was tired of coiling my hose up every time I used it and have been wanting one of these for a while. Finally decided on this one and I'm glad I did. It was easy to install, and even easier to operate. It unwinds smoothly, locks in place, and coils right back up with a little tug. Everything is included, even the hose nozzle. It's compact and looks great, and now my wife and daughter can easily use the water hose as well. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Easy install to hardie plank with the hardware it came with. The ease of moving the hose around is great compared to your standard garden hose. The retractable feature works great. The nozzle works just fine on multiple settings. Would recommend based off of one day of use. Will update as time goes on how it holds up to the elements and constant use.

I’ve only had this hose reel a few weeks and, so far, it works really well. Just pull the hose to the places you need water, ease it out until it’s at a locking point, water my plants, pull it a little more until it unlocks, and walk it back to the cabinet until it’s back in the cabinet on the wall. The supply hose was long enough to easily reach my facet. No leaks. Seems to be good quality.

Great retractable water hose! I was on the fence about getting one, however, I am happy I did! It is well made and has some weight to it. Only concern will be the quality of the hose.
