I am 5'8 and 133lbs and I ordered a 28 in the white breeches for showing IDA. I was concerned that the breeches would be too short on my legs, but they fit quite comfortably and have a really nice stretch to them. At first wear they seemed a bit baggy in the crotch area and I worried that would make riding uncomfortable, but I had 0 issues while riding. The silicone makes them grippy and holds up well to washing, although I would recommend cold water and definitely skipping the dryer. Classy, comfortably, and great price! Thank you Horze.

I bought these on Amazon due to the fast shipping, I love the Horze products. I ride in a Barefoot Endurance saddle, and wanted to get rid of the sheepskin cover I was using for added “grip” because it was too bulky. After reading many blogs and reviews of different alternatives for slippery saddles I decided to try the Silicone Grip full seat breech. Best decision ever my only regret is not trying them sooner. They have just enough grip for security in the saddle. The material is thick enough so not see-thru; they don’t fit so tight that they cut off circulation. They are breathable and durable. Amazing value for the money I will be buying more! Pay attention to the size chart before ordering, the nice thing is they have several size options for curvy shapes. I’m 5’1” , 125 lbs and have thick thighs and hips and these fit so nice unlike the styles they are “straight up and down”. There is a little bit of a gap at the waist but I’m fine with it, it doesn’t restrict my movement and a stretchy belt does the trick. The fact that these are available on Amazon at a great price and Prime shipping is a double whammy of goodness.

The pants are a comfortable cotton in the FL heat and as with any white pant you should wear skin color underwear. The fit/size is accurate and as suggested. The grips are not super sticky and are in the right position. Shout or Oxyclean you will need if you want to keep them white. The only negative is the belt loops are small so, a size 1.5 or 2 inch belt won’t work a 1’ or thinner belt works perfectly.

I ordered a size 28 as every other set of breeches I own are a 28 and fit perfectly, these are quite big. Definitely order 1-2 sizes smaller than your measurements. I also ordered white and was not prepared for how sheer the fabric would be! I feel like I need to get some nude leggings to wear under for modesty.

I love how these breeches fit and wear. The silicone grips work well and the leg length is great. The material is a decent weight. Great for eastern PA weather. They may be a tad warm on a really hot summer day, but great for the rest of the year. I did order a size down from my waist size as other reviewers suggested, and I'm glad that I did as they fit perfectly. Thanks for a great product!

For me personally, the zipper and closure mechanism were awkward and uncomfortable and I could not imagine riding my horse while being able to feel that. They have a hook and eye mechanism similar to what a business dress pant would have (maybe some people like to feel like they are at the office while on their horse, I myself do not care for that sensation). I also did not like how the fabric was the type of fabric that would pick up every imaginable speck of dust or pet hair, it is a stretchy thick cotton. I also did not care for the "dots" of silicon for the full seat grip. If you do not mind elastic around your ankles, and a zipper/hook and eye closure... these are probably fine for you, but I hated those features enough to return it. Going back to my full seat Kerrits, which have lasted me close to 18 months, they don't have an uncomfortable zippor/hook and eye pant closure mechanism, they have a more athletic type fabric, and the "full seat" on those breeches is full on grip silicon rather than the "dots of silicon". approach.

I just received these today, and all I can say is WOW! The quality looks to be top notch, and when I slid them on, I felt like I wanted to all kinds of showing off in them, and not just for horseback riding! They fit like a glove, but not too tight and completely stretchy. They fit your curves in all the right places and the grip area feels great...like a second skin! You won't be disappointed! Waiting for the other colors to come back in my size so that I can buy them all!
