I was concerned that the breeches would be too short on my legs, but they fit quite comfortably and have a really nice stretch to them. At first wear they seemed a bit baggy in the crotch area and I worried that would make riding uncomfortable, but I had 0 issues while riding. I now own two pairs of these breeches and plan to buy more. Have ridden in them for a few months. Just the right amount of extra grip (from the silicone dots) without feeling stuck in the saddle or squeaking like other sticky seat breeches I've tried. These are the most comfortable breeches I own. The fabric is a good weight and nice for all but the hottest or coldest days (best in the 40'-85' temp range). I ordered a size smaller than my usual after reading other reviews and was glad I did. They were a tad long for my 5'4" frame, but shrunk up to the perfect length after one wash. Mid-rise works well for coverage while still looking modern. The silicone dots are wearing a bit thin after many rides and washes, but for the price, I don't mind at all. The pants are a comfortable cotton in the FL heat and as with any white pant you should wear skin color underwear. The fit/size is accurate and as suggested. The grips are not super sticky and are in the right position. Shout or Oxyclean you will need if you want to keep them white. The only negative is the belt loops are small so, a size 1.5 or 2 inch belt won’t work a 1’ or thinner belt works perfectly. ... show more

I bought these on Amazon due to the fast shipping, I love the Horze products. I ride in a Barefoot Endurance saddle, and wanted to get rid of the sheepskin cover I was using for added “grip” because it was too bulky. After reading many blogs and reviews of different alternatives for slippery saddles I decided to try the Silicone Grip full seat breech. Best decision ever my only regret is not trying them sooner. They have just enough grip for security in the saddle. The material is thick enough so not see-thru; they don’t fit so tight that they cut off circulation. They are breathable and durable. Amazing value for the money I will be buying more! Pay attention to the size chart before ordering, the nice thing is they have several size options for curvy shapes. I’m 5’1” , 125 lbs and have thick thighs and hips and these fit so nice unlike the styles they are “straight up and down”. There is a little bit of a gap at the waist but I’m fine with it, it doesn’t restrict my movement and a stretchy belt does the trick. I ordered a 26, and typically wear size 6 jeans. They fit OK, but I'd prefer a snugger, more supportive fit personally- you may want to order down 1-2 sizes. For reference I'm 28" waist at the smallest point (around belly button) and 38" at the widest point (around low hips/booty). For riding, the grip is almost too much, I felt like the silicone was sticking to the saddle while posting and causing the crotch of the pants to fall a bit. I was wearing a belt. The material is a nice thickness, good for summer and I suspect will be cozy enough for fall, too. I only wish they had a higher percentage of lycra for a more supportive feel. They're comfortable and easy to care for, certainly do the job for schooling. They're nice looking, especially with a belt and tucked in shirt. I got navy, color is great. ... show more

I love how these breeches fit and wear. The silicone grips work well and the leg length is great. The material is a decent weight. Great for eastern PA weather. They may be a tad warm on a really hot summer day, but great for the rest of the year.
