The location of our water line made for a tight fit, but it worked out alright... no re-plumbing needed. Our 2nd bathroom already has a bidet, so this wasn't our first rodeo. We knew what to expect... a very happy booty hole, lol. The bidet functions great and non-heated water is rather refreshing... it's not an issue at all. The kick button flush is awesome, and when this toilet flushes, it really flushes. A powerful jet of water sends the waste on it's way and keeps the bowl clean. This toilet with built in bidet rocks! It is so sleek and modern, the soft close lid is nice too (no more slamming the lid shut by accident). It's great how everything is integrated as once piece with no crevices or gaps for dust to pile up. Very easy to wipe down the outside and keep it dust free. The star of the show is definitely the bidet functionality itself. The power and cleanliness it provides you when you go #2 is a thrill for the ages. Not kidding, I actually look forward to my time spent on the bowl now! We purchased 2 of these for our home. One of them came with a cracked back-lid piece. I emailed customer service with a picture of the damage and they got back to me within an hour with a replacement lid being shipped to me and a video tutorial on how to replace it! Very comforting knowing how reliable the manufacturer is.

Be aware!! This commode has a weird install vs. the typical commode bought at like Lowe’s or Home Depot. IT DOES NOT bolt to the commode flange on the floor like 99% of most typical commodes. The instructions have you using a provided cardboard template to place and glue down to plastic provided screw plate cubes a few inches out in front of the commode flange directly glued to your tile floor. Then via a crazy tiny hole on the side of the commode, you’re supposed to take a screw on each side of the commode and screw into those two cubes you glued down earlier. Sadly, it is honestly near impossible for the average person to complete this task with just common tools 🙁. Also the water supply pipe in the back of the commode is almost impossible to see and get to with tools or your hands. This is where 1-2 feet of blue 1/2 pipe and “shark” quick fittings comes in handy. So, if you can ever get it set correctly and the water supply hooked up, then it is an awesome quick power flush tankless toilet!!

Bought 2 of these and really love the fact they don’t need to be plugged in, have a powerful flush and bidet. The tank types may or may not fully flush debris, but these babies one flush and done!

Wish I would have read the review about the insane install. Every other toilet, including others of this brand, attached to the flange - making install easy. I can't find a video of the install, but this toilet attached to the ground with these little clips. Looks like you need to drill through the tile?

Looks great and functions perfectly. May want to tell your friends how it flushes as they can get a surprise if they stand after doing their business and turn the knob:). Also don't forget there is a foot flush knob you can kick with your toe or heal at the base.

the turning nob has bad location, it's very confused with flush button, when I use the turning knob try to flush the toilet, then the water came out everywhere, may cause unexpected water damage. I already paid $350 for plumber to install, can't return, but very unhappy about this product.
