    • Looks like it will work. Instructions contradict themselves
Looks like a good dehumidifier. However Instructions say if crystals are blue in color, it means the crystals are dry. Then it directly contradicts itself and says if crystals turn blue, it means the are saturated with moisture and unit needs to be plugged in.

The dehumidifier works as it should and dries out again when plugged. I recently purchased another one so I can swap them out as needed. They do a satisfactory job!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had a similar experience to some other customers; the pellets turned pink and would not return to the neutral color, even if charged. Maybe it's just a quality issue with some of them. I will not go through the trouble of a return for a few dollars and just buy another product. ... show more
