Thermaltake has the worst customer service ever I received this computer it had white RAM sticks instead of black so it's totally off it doesn't look right also got a hold of thermaltake they said that they would replace it but never did also one of the glass got cracked during shipping they said for me to make a clean and they will send me a replacement I made the claim and never heard from them again they said they wanted proof of purchase which I provided and they still have not got back to me it's been a month now and still hasn't heard from them no replacement no new RAM sticks I wouldn't because you never know what you get and if you don't get what you paid for they won't make it right the picture on description is not what you get you could get something different with different color components also when I opened it up it had poor cable management and I had to clean it up myself and another issue was the SSD card was screwed on so tight and bent it PS I will update my review if thermaltake ever gets back at me ... show more

Great rig. Came on time. Build is solid… SSD is a msi m470 pro 1tb. And this is why it gets 4 star. I believe they are banking on the fact it’s behind a heatsink and people buying prebuilt probably don’t know how to look (physically or through device manager). Every other component is good. While that ssd is literally 100% worse than top of the line ssd’s. But hey they save a lot by getting you that one. You dont buy a $3,100 computer (pre tax…) for that kind of shenanigans. It’s supposed to be top of the line. I understand that the read write component of SSD’s when it comes to gaming is… well special. Still, could have been a BIT better… ... show more

Great looking pc with an easy set up. Great build quality. Ran really well. Speed was amazing. Ran games really well at ultra high settings. Amazing customer support for the issue I had. Over all great but I had to return it because I found a pc with the same specs at a way lower price. If you have issues with wifi, check the black bag provided with a wifi antenna that you can plug into the back. ... show more

I love everything about it. It's look, it's performance, and it's power. It can do anything I want. Video editing or gaming (I love both). The literal only downside I've seen so far is for some reason it struggles with bluetooth connectivity, but that's no the end of the world. It's super easy to setup! (I didn't get the power cable so I had to buy that seperately) It's gaming capability is great! I know City Skylines 2 isn't too crazy but my old pc certainly didn't do well with it, this PC did it with ease with multiple apps playing in the background. It's incredibly fast for anything I want.
