BACKSTORY: Firstly I am a fam of five: 3 little ones and my hubby. I initially wanted a large sectional. . My dilemma - my TV is mounted on the side of the wall with the longer space. THE COUCH: came upon this gem and was highhhlyyy skeptical and I am a review girly so if I don’t see videos or pictures (a lot) I ain’t buying. Gave it a chance. Had a shipping scare (NO FAULT of the sellers at all! Stupid FedEx) but alas it came (two boxes different days) fluffed up immediately and was very very soft as far as material and sturdy as far as foam but not uncomfortable (we be lounging lol) it has a beautiful lustrous appearance (like I said 3 little ones - they have sticky fingers so if mine looks a little unappealing, mind your business and just get you one cause I didn’t wipe it or vacuum it before the pics . Had it for a few weeks now lol) CONCLUSION - great get it done couch not something I foresee holding on to long term but definitely supplements my needs for the time being . 5 stars. It looks like it's short and I was nervous I would be falling into a coach my large behind couldn't get out of but it's actually perfect. I am 5'4" so not tall by any means but the pics made in look mini. It's really soft fabric and the foam inside lightly forms to you without feeling hot. It came in 3 boxes that came 2 one day and 1 the next so I wasn't waiting weeks for half a couch tg. Pieces were rolls and in air tight bags wrapped in plastic so no weird smells or anything. The plastic the bag is rolled in is about .25 mile long so stretch before attempting. It fluffed up instantly so the kids were quick to make use of the new jungle gym. My kids yeet eachother all over this thing and it stays put on carpet and has no signs of the trauma it's been through a couple weeks later. ... show more

Got this couch was expecting it to be a little bit higher from the picture that it was shown, but I do love it. It is very soft. It is a little bit firm. It is not as soft as it looks whenever you sit down the texture of it is very soft and the velvet feeling, but it is very firm, I feel like you need to sit there and possibly let it break in and hopefully it will become more comfortable other than that very pretty couch. Very soft I would not spend $800 on a couch again like this, but I also am not going to return it because it is still nice. Overall, it is not a bad couch, but if you are a very tall person, the couch is not for you. also, if you have animals, I highly recommend either,Do not get this couch or get couch protectors to put over it because hair sticks very very bad to it.+side if you have children, nothing can go underneath the couch so you cannot lose anything underneath your couch anymore. This couch is a up and down in multiple ways. I would not say do not buy it, but I also would say don’t buy it depending on your situation in your life.😁 ... show more

Update: extremely hard to put on the cover after washing. I could never get it around the bottom and it ended up ripping. There was also no zipper pull on my bigger piece of furniture (I got a three-piece U-shaped ). I did reach out to the seller and they told me to go buy one… honestly this couch was comfy and I got a lot of compliments, but I ended up regretting the purchase. It’s not easy to wash the covers, which is the main reason I bought it. Also, if you spill a liquid on it, it will go into the foam underneath the cover, making it impossible to clean the foam since there is no protective fabric or waterproof pad on top of the foam Original: It took a week for all 3 boxes to arrive. They came on separate days. I guess I figured it would be a little taller looking. I bought black and I’m hoping it withstands 4 children and two adults and lasts longer than a year. It’s just kind of strange to me, but I’ve never experienced a “cloud couch” before. Update: within a week of purchase Still weird. Very comfy, extremely soft. Hard to keep the back pillows up with kids. They take some shaping to go back into place. If they stayed in place easier I would like it better. The high back pillows aren’t as high as it shows in photos. I’m 5’2” for reference. Not sure how the other review stating someone’s husband who is a foot taller than me enjoys this. If it holds up for 2 years I will be content with the money spent, but probably won’t purchase it again in the future. ... show more
