It looks like it's short and I was nervous I would be falling into a coach my large behind couldn't get out of but it's actually perfect. I am 5'4" so not tall by any means but the pics made in look mini. It's really soft fabric and the foam inside lightly forms to you without feeling hot. It came in 3 boxes that came 2 one day and 1 the next so I wasn't waiting weeks for half a couch tg. Pieces were rolls and in air tight bags wrapped in plastic so no weird smells or anything. The plastic the bag is rolled in is about .25 mile long so stretch before attempting. It fluffed up instantly so the kids were quick to make use of the new jungle gym. My kids yeet eachother all over this thing and it stays put on carpet and has no signs of the trauma it's been through a couple weeks later. ... show more

There is very little back support, or back at all to the couch. The couch is very comfortable and firm to lay down on. It’s connected with Velcro and easy to put together. Advertised color is true.

BACKSTORY: Firstly I am a fam of five: 3 little ones and my hubby. I initially wanted a large sectional. . My dilemma - my TV is mounted on the side of the wall with the longer space. We live in a small apartment so moving the TV was an immediate no, it’s not our dream house, no big deal i’ll sacrifice my sectional wants for the time being. furniture stores sectional availability for the size I needed was way too expensive or not what I was looking for as far as style/color. THE COUCH: came upon this gem and was highhhlyyy skeptical and I am a review girly so if I don’t see videos or pictures (a lot) I ain’t buying. Gave it a chance. Had a shipping scare (NO FAULT of the sellers at all! Stupid FedEx) but alas it came (two boxes different days) fluffed up immediately and was very very soft as far as material and sturdy as far as foam but not uncomfortable (we be lounging lol) it has a beautiful lustrous appearance (like I said 3 little ones - they have sticky fingers so if mine looks a little unappealing, mind your business and just get you one cause I didn’t wipe it or vacuum it before the pics . Had it for a few weeks now lol) CONCLUSION - great get it done couch not something I foresee holding on to long term but definitely supplements my needs for the time being . 5 stars. Meh…I’ll update if I feel it to be appropriate. I took a week for all 3 boxes to arrive. They came on separate days. I guess I figured it would be a little taller looking. I bought black and I’m hoping it withstands 4 children and two adults and lasts longer than a year. It’s just kind of strange to me, but I’ve never experienced a “cloud couch” before. Update: within a week of purchase Still weird. Very comfy, extremely soft. Hard to keep the back pillows up with kids. They take some shaping to go back into place. If they stayed in place easier I would like it better. The high back pillows aren’t as high as it shows in photos. I’m 5’2” for reference. Not sure how the other review stating someone’s husband who is a foot taller than me enjoys this. If it holds up for 2 years I will be content with the money spent, but probably won’t purchase it again in the future. ... show more

Very happy with our purchase. They did make a mistake and forgot a piece of our couch but they made it right! Super comfortable, soft, and moves around easy for different set ups! Very thick and does not make dents where you have sat down.
