BACKSTORY: Firstly I am a fam of five: 3 little ones and my hubby. I initially wanted a large sectional. . My dilemma - my TV is mounted on the side of the wall with the longer space. We live in a small apartment so moving the TV was an immediate no, it’s not our dream house, no big deal i’ll sacrifice my sectional wants for the time being. furniture stores sectional availability for the size I needed was way too expensive or not what I was looking for as far as style/color. THE COUCH: came upon this gem and was highhhlyyy skeptical and I am a review girly so if I don’t see videos or pictures (a lot) I ain’t buying. Gave it a chance. Had a shipping scare (NO FAULT of the sellers at all! Stupid FedEx) but alas it came (two boxes different days) fluffed up immediately and was very very soft as far as material and sturdy as far as foam but not uncomfortable (we be lounging lol) it has a beautiful lustrous appearance (like I said 3 little ones - they have sticky fingers so if mine looks a little unappealing, mind your business and just get you one cause I didn’t wipe it or vacuum it before the pics . Had it for a few weeks now lol) CONCLUSION - great get it done couch not something I foresee holding on to long term but definitely supplements my needs for the time being . 5 stars. Seller is very responsive empathetic easy to work with . Great service great product ! ... show more

Size: U Shape Chaise Ottoman (133X70") Color: Plush Black
Review Image by Ispenttoomuchonamazon
It looks like it's short and I was nervous I would be falling into a coach my large behind couldn't get out of but it's actually perfect. I am 5'4" so not tall by any means but the pics made in look mini. It's really soft fabric and the foam inside lightly forms to you without feeling hot. It came in 3 boxes that came 2 one day and 1 the next so I wasn't waiting weeks for half a couch tg. Pieces were rolls and in air tight bags wrapped in plastic so no weird smells or anything. The plastic the bag is rolled in is about .25 mile long so stretch before attempting. It fluffed up instantly so the kids were quick to make use of the new jungle gym. My kids yeet eachother all over this thing and it stays put on carpet and has no signs of the trauma it's been through a couple weeks later. ... show more

    • It’s alright. Not easy to wash cover. Impossible to put back together properly.
Size: U Shape Chaise (110X79") Color: Plush Black
Review Image by Angela U.
Update: extremely hard to put on the cover after washing. I could never get it around the bottom and it ended up ripping. There was also no zipper pull on my bigger piece of furniture (I got a three-piece U-shaped ). I did reach out to the seller and they told me to go buy one… honestly this couch was comfy and I got a lot of compliments, but I ended up regretting the purchase. It’s not easy to wash the covers, which is the main reason I bought it. Also, if you spill a liquid on it, it will go into the foam underneath the cover, making it impossible to clean the foam since there is no protective fabric or waterproof pad on top of the foam Original: It took a week for all 3 boxes to arrive. They came on separate days. I guess I figured it would be a little taller looking. I bought black and I’m hoping it withstands 4 children and two adults and lasts longer than a year. It’s just kind of strange to me, but I’ve never experienced a “cloud couch” before. Update: within a week of purchase Still weird. Very comfy, extremely soft. Hard to keep the back pillows up with kids. They take some shaping to go back into place. If they stayed in place easier I would like it better. The high back pillows aren’t as high as it shows in photos. I’m 5’2” for reference. Not sure how the other review stating someone’s husband who is a foot taller than me enjoys this. If it holds up for 2 years I will be content with the money spent, but probably won’t purchase it again in the future. ... show more

    • Extremely comfortable!
Size: U Shape Left Chaise (133X108") Color: Plush Black
I have wanted this couch for a long time, and we finally had the money to buy. I read *all* the reviews. I specifically wanted a couch that was very comfortable, would hold up over time, would fit in my space and my adhd kids couldnt break. Check check check. The springs make the couch very bouncy but also will let it hold its shape for years unlike regular boneless couches/furniture. This couch is SO comfortable I honestly prefer it to my bed. I read in reviews that the back support cushions dont stay in place: very true. I bought 5" heavy duty safety pins and they no longer move at all. I have an elderly dog and elderly cat who have wetting accidents. I bought waterproof seat covers. They dont stay in place very well, so I use the heavy duty pins on those as well. The slip cover is holding up *very* well to having the pins and the slip covers dont move. There's also a tiny bit of Crack that I can tuck the covers in to as well, and it does work okay especially since the covers are thick and plush. If you want covers but dont really need to wash them often at all, the pins are great. Tucking them is more convenient for frequent washing with elder pet accidents. I read in reviews that there should be a rug/carpet under the couch. YES. We have hard floors and bought an area rug to go under it. One side still slides away since it's not held in place by 3 walls, but with the rug it doesn't slide all that much and its not really a big deal. I know it's probably not really possible but I just wish it came in one piece so the side didnt have a chance to slide away. One thing I didnt anticipate with a couch that has no removable seat cushions is the crumbs and pet hair stick around the seat because there's nowhere for them to go, especially getting stuck in th3 vallies of the courderoy. So I am constantly wiping / vacuuming since we have pets and kids. Overall I love this couch so much. I would absolutely buy it again. ... show more

Wonderful sofa! It is so big and cozy and there is room for everyone! It sits slightly lower than a traditional couch but not by too much, it looks great in the space and we have received many compliments

Very happy with our purchase. They did make a mistake and forgot a piece of our couch but they made it right! Super comfortable, soft, and moves around easy for different set ups! Very thick and does not make dents where you have sat down.
