My experience was not good. I believe I was sent a used model someone had returned. The unit had a damaged headlight. In the boost mode, which is required for any speed faster than a brisk walk, the battery died within 30 minutes. The charger broke after first use. It was made of cheap plastic that broke off inside one of the charging ports. When plugging in, the charger shot a huge spark narrowly missing my face. My fingers were charred black, but not harmed. I was only sent 1 charger, but many reviews online said it came with 2 chargers. I would be scared to attempt to charge it again. The company offered to send me replacement parts and take $300. I declined and returned the item. Returning was a pain because of the size and weight of the item. ... show more

This scooter is pure quality. It's accelerates super fast. The pictures on here don't do it justice. I've been shopping around for weeks and this is the best value for this price. You'll get maybe 40 45 miles on dual turbo mode. Its around 105lbs I believe. Top speed 44..45 mph with settings maxed out. ... show more

Why would it say 100 kph / 60mph if the thing only does 44 as mentioned above. Do you weigh 550lbs? Cause 44 mph is nowhere NEAR 60mph. I wish amazon would sell better scooters than this like maybe the Rion, or some dualtron models.

Product arrived with Broken, Head Lamp, I informed client, about problem, they said they would send a replacement. I asked also for instructions, but never received instructions to connect electrical wiring. I received the new Head lamp, not the same lamp that came, definitely not the same wiring, so I am waiting on some friends who may be able to help me do the Electrical work connections for the Head Lamp.. Other than that, I finally took the e-Scooter out for a run, This thing, is a Beast!! Runs Good, Make sure when you receive it, Just make sure you go through all the bolts, and make sure they are TIGHT. Other than all that again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCOOTER FOR BIGGER GUYS.. IT DEFINITELY CAN CARRY THE WEIGHT OF A 330 LB. GUY, ALONG WITH HIS BIG LUNCHBOX, WHICH I PUT ON THE SCOOTER, AND USE IT AS A SEAT. DRAGGING MY BAG OF TOOLS, ABOUT 60 LBS. A BIG SPEAKER, AND A BACK PACK. LET'S JUST SAY, MAYBE A GOOD 400 LBS. AND THIS SCOOTER JUST MOVED. GOT UP TO 38M.P.H. WITH ALL OF THESE, BEFORE I FELT, MAYBE I NEED A HELMET!!!!
