My back problems have improved but it is hot. It also slides around on the mattress and the corner things are difficult to use. I bought this as a stop gap for buying a whole new mattress and it has enforced the idea that we just need a whole new mattress. This was easy to put on bed. I put plastic vacuumed bag on top of mattress and carefully opened bagged. Removed plastic bag and laid foam out to fully fluff up. Ready to use in under 24 hours. Minimal smell after opening. No smell now.
