It's true to size, very comfortable and warm, but it's not a high-end jacket. It's on the cheap side when it comes to the materials, but don't get me wrong, it looks pretty good. It just might not last very long depending on what you do with it.

Had an item similar to this for yrs & wanted to replace it. This jacket is definitely nice looking & very warm for weather up north. However, it is NOT true to size. I went up a size based on parameters shown on website trying to ensure I would have a bit of wiggle room. Instead, the larger size fit exactly - no wiggle. Got this for red hood and the hoodie part is very color fast, tried lightening it up with bleach and that only changed its color by a few shades, the jacket is comfy to wear all day and since the hood is removable very versatile jacket
