My cat loves laying on the top platform and scratching on the posts, she can't lay in the hanging bed because it is too small, my cat is not that large either. And pretty hard to put together with the tools that it came with. The litter catcher is amazing though. Very good for the price, looks amazing, very sturdy!

Great for hiding the litter box and pretty easy to put together. Seems to be very sturdy, but the cat ball portion at the top just slides over the branch with no way to secure it so will eventually come off. I took one star off for that.

I like that the design is a two in one combination but even the smallest size litter box for 2 cats can barely fit without turning the litter box.

Edited from 2 to 5 stars because of the sellers response. After leaving my review, they were quick to reach out to me to resolve the issue. They weren't able to replace the broken piece, but they did work with me to find a different solution. So far one cat at least loves it. He was crawling on it before I finished building it. Easy enough to put together, but one part for the litter catcher tray came already snapped in half and unusable. This is one of the last pieces to put together, so I already had the rest of it set up before I saw this. The seller apparently will not send a single replacement part. They want me to completely dismantle it, repackage it, and drive 2.5 hours to the nearest shipping facility to send the whole thing back. Instead of sending me 1 slotted piece of particle board. Works okay, but I will have to find something else to catch the litter.

My cats love this tower! One is 16lbs and the other is 12lbs and both love every part of it. The only downside is the one part was sewed on upside down but lucky my cats don’t care

Aside from set up the tree is pretty ok for it's size and price a solid 3/5. The cushions are comfy and my cat likes the large platform this tree has as apposed to multiple little circles or cubes. The litter box space barely fits my xl litter box but taking out a screw from the half wall/entryway lets me take it in and out easily. The setup was uniquely bad. Everything from parts missing holes that were supposed to be there to the fabric bridge being stapled on the wrong side to wholes that were there being covered by the veneer and needing a screwdriver to stab through the wood to uncover them. If I didn't have have a power drill, drill bits, and a heavy duty stapler I would not have been able to put this together and would have had to repack the huge package and hope that amazon takes it as a return/replace. The first problem was that the drilled holes often didn't make it through the thin wood veneer so I had to go hunting with a screwdriver to try and poke through to the hole. This caused scratches in the wood when I missed (admittedly a very small problem). More than a few times the holes that I thought were covered were altogether left out during production and I had to get out my power drill to make the pilot holes myself. My last problem happened while putting together the smaller platform with fabric bridge. I struggled with it for over 30 minutes before i realized that whoever assembled the part had stapled the fabric to the wrong side of the platform so I had to spend another 20 minutes with a screwdriver and pliers pulling out the screws and stapling it to the right side with a heavy duty staple gun. Once my multiple hour struggle of getting it together was over it was ok and only time will tell on durability although I don't have high hopes based on my experience so far. It's just cheap particle board and will most definitely break down if exposed to any moisture. It seems sturdy enough for my 14 lbs cat he has no problem with the hammock or the platforms. The "legs" are just sticky pads attached to the bottom so no height or level adjust.
