Very sturdy I did buy an open box and was concerned some parts were going to be missing as some of one of the chairs was partially put together and screws were loose in the box but all was fine. Great product just a tip I found putting 5 in before the seat helped with assembly.

Quality is good. Seat size is a bit smaller than expected. Good adjustable slides on legs. Assembly is a bit time consuming and best to leave loose and then tighten once all together.

I like these chairs so far, however assembly was awful at the end. I needed 8, and so far have made 6 of them. Putting the seat on is so hard, it makes me put off continuing to make the rest. I’ve tried different order of steps, not tightening screws all the way, etc. It’s like the screws just don’t want to align when it gets to that step, and I really struggled getting it to do so. probably needs 4 cross brace poles instead of two and a center one. they are smaller than expected as well which wasnt a big deal. these are fine if you sit front to back like typical but if you sit side ways on these like most kids do they twist and get very loose and unstable. Have tried retightening the machine screws it uses for construction, the chairs are still pretty unstable now though. have had these maybe 4 or 5 months. ... show more

I purchased these chairs to replace the flimsy ones that originally came with our casual dining table. The originals were poorly constructed—I had to reinforce them myself, and eventually, my ADHD-driven restlessness finished them off entirely. These new chairs arrived unassembled, but they came with an Allen key. Fortunately, I had a power drill with an Allen bit, which made the process much smoother. Once I assembled the first chair, the rest were fairly straightforward. However, two of them had a slight defect with part #8—the top piece didn’t align properly, and the legs were uneven in length. Still, I managed to put them together. As for comfort, the seat itself is quite firm—definitely not ideal for long meals. I’m considering adding some foam padding and fabric to make them more tolerable. That said, they serve their purpose, especially in a household with small children who are more destructive than puppies with a new pair of shoes. Overall, I’d rate them a 6 out of 10. They’re functional, affordable, and child-proof enough for now. ... show more
