Single-Stage Heat Pump without Aux. Heat. 5-year warranty. Notes: These models do not include an L terminal for heat pump fault, the ability to use wired sensors, and does not include dual fuel or auxiliary heat lockout or keypad lockout.

Do you know someone that really hates programmable thermostats? Then this thermostat is for them! If they also like the display backlight to stay on continuously, that can be set to always be on if the "Common" wire is connected on a 5-wire installation.

I don't want every appliance in the house to be on Wi-Fi and I don't need a programmable thermostat. This simple unit does the work. Really easy to install with clear instructions. Large display screen.

Instructions were very clear and it was a quick install. Great upgrade from an old Honeywell slide thermostat that didn’t display the temperature anymore. This thermostat blends in well and is aesthetically pleasing. Functions well with a dual-zone oil fired hydronic system. The initial settings allow you to confirm your type of system and if there is a cooling element involved (mine is just heating, separate zone upstairs). Temperature seems to be accurate and cycles appropriately. Works well without a common wire and on battery power. Would love to install a C-wire in the future. This is a basic, non-programmable thermostat and sometimes that is the best part and all that you need. I would recommend this thermostat for similar applications. ... show more

    • The thermostat broke after 3 months of installation.
I liked this product, at first. We had it installed and used it for 3 months. We shut the heat off for the season and when we went to turn it back on for the fall, it didn’t work. I called Honeywell tech support, and it was decided that the thermostat was broken. The agent told me to return the product, because there’s a 5 year warranty. However, Amazon has a 30 day return policy. To say that I’m disappointed with this product is an understatement. ... show more
