The media could not be loaded. I actually bought this freezer to hold all of my dog's Farmers Dog food since it comes frozen. It fits perfectly in the little space I have in my basement. Freezes quickly and does a great job! Please note this is only a freezer not a combo or a fridge.

My main refrigerator is on the smallish side (18.6 cubic ft) with most of the space limitations being on the freezer. I wanted a small freezer I could keep in my office to offload Digiorno's pizzas and some 1.5 qt ice cream containers. The Honeywell does the trick. The top rack can hold 4 of the Digiorno's 12x12 boxes and the bottom shelf can hold 2 1.5 ice cream quarts. The unit is noisy when first plugged in but is quiet when it comes up to temperature. I picked up a refurbished unit and feel it was well worth the price. Freezer took about 3-4 hours (in summer) to come to temperature. Can't comment on longevity but so far so good. Unit comes with tiny ice cube rack and ice scraper. I picked up a white unit and it is a cute little thing. I picked up a drip tray for the unit and found I needed to elevate the unit a bit to make sure I could get door clearance. The unit does have two feet with risers but they can only go up about a half of an inch so I needed to make my own mini stand. July 16 2024 - After almost 2 years of use, the compressor failed. So I received my answer on longevity. Like almost all appliances these days, these units are not built as well as those in the past. When it was working it was a nice unit that did its job. Not sure if other units will be better. I am guessing that most mini fridges built to a similar price point will likely have similar outcome. ... show more

I unpacked this today, November 11, 2023. So far, no problems but its been less than 1 day. Will update if anything change. Giving it 4 stars because it is slightly damaged. Set it to max and it took two hours to get completely cold. Once cold turned it down between max and normal. Loaded it will a few packs of meat, ice cream, and frozen vegetables. Three hours later, meat is completely frozen, ice cream and vegetables have remained hard and frozen. Noise level is very quiet. It was a little loud when I first plugged it in. I needed a small additional freezer in my apartment and the reviews for this unit were good. I've had it for a month or so and so far, no complaints. It makes little noise and holds a lot. I've had issues with other small freezers icing over after some time so I will definitely keep an eye out.
