I rate this eye pencil, excellent. It glides so smoothly and it creates precise lines. It lasts all day and doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. I am very pleased with this pencil, I’ll keep buying it. Also, I like the packaging and wrapping, I know I am getting a brand new product with my order. In the past I’ve received eye pencils from other brands with poor packaging, making me feel unsure if the item was new or not. This eyeliner is affordable, goes on dark and smooth, and doesn’t burn my eyes like every other eyeliner. Though not waterproof and certainly smudgeable, it also survives sweating and tearing much better than other soft pencil liners and contributes to raccoon eye probably 60% less than what I’m used to. But! I’m really surprised by the PETA certification since beeswax is not vegan and farming it is not necessarily cruelty free. If you feel that bee farming helps keep dying populations stable, have at this. If you feel that maintaining a captive species because the wild populations are dying out due to human interference with the environment doesn’t count towards animal advocacy, don’t have at this. ... show more
