    • Way better than spacers!
Don’t use spacers, been there done that. Harsh ride, Upper control arms hit the strut too before after markets ones. I swapped out the strut spacers for these. Ride is much better, handling is much better. I think these are set with a spring rate assuming you have a larger tire. I had better than stock struts but intended for OEM application and truck rolled and bottomed out on bumps. These can handle bigger tires and bumps. They might not be the best thing out there but for the price…it’s a huge difference compared to spacers and stock struts.Even if you don’t off road, these feel way more stable and planted on rough highways etc. ... show more

    • Research other brands prior to buying RC.
My personal experience has been nothing but bad before I even bought these. I tried to cancel order even before it was processed. I got ignored, sent email after email. They had not even processed my order yet decided to process and send it anyway, when I tried to post this initial review, RC deleted my invoice maybe to not show as a verified purchase. So I got them in. Got them installed, I will say this. They made my truck look great! It took sime work to clear the spave i needed for my new tire and wheel set up but RC had nothing to do with what wheels and tires I chose. This loaded strut, first off gabe me an extra 1/2" to 3/4 of an inch. Made the truck look even nicer but it has cime wuth a huge price. Plainly put, these loaded struts do not work, they do not compress, they are so freakin stiff that they provide no shock absorbance to my truck, they have torn up my new upper control arms bushings and the ball joints, my alignment kept being knocked off of alignment. I could have welded a 2 1/2" thick pipe in place of these struts. If you would like to stay within the price range but get a much higher quality struts, look into RANCHO the inly bad thing about Rancho is that their struts are strictly listed for 4x4 only and that isn't the case, you can use them on rear wheel drive vehicles, you just have to reasearch. Good luck, if you purchase these struts. I wish I could give them a zero. Horrible customer service, bad business ethics, money is king for them, apparantly. Quality and engineering are complete garbage. Noise level is horrible, not from the struts themselves hut from all of the other componants they cause damage to as a direct result of installing them. I must redo my entire fron end and will be goung with a 6" lift from a reputable Brand. You get what you pay for... Do yourself a favor and pay more now, or you will pay for it later...way more. ... show more

Unfortunately having issues mounting it.says it dits my 09 F150 lariat. But it does not Need advice if i might need extra parts. Who can i contact?
