Got it all hung up and did not work. Took the glass back off and found the buttons had not been screwed in, and there was no way to screw them in without taking the unit apart. Sending it back.

    • Item Arrived Damaged but….I love it!

My fireplace arrived damaged. There was dent in the back. This caused whatever fans at the bottom to scrap against the dent creating a terrible sound. Honestly, I didn’t feel like going through the process to replace it so I just popped the back off, fixed the dent as much as possible, and closed her back up. Now, no terrible sound just a bit beat up. But it’s in the back so no one can see. Now…the actual fireplace is beautiful!! The quality is wonderful! It’s quiet, the colors are vibrant, and the heat is wonderful. It has set such a wonderful feel in my home. And such a great price for what you’re getting. Other places want the same price for half the size. I will be purchasing again despite the troubles i had. That’s how much i love it! ... show more
