These little things are a life saver. After years of weightlifting I decided to give long distance running a go. Apparently the importance of timing nutrition is much more important in distance running. Some days I’m crashing out mid run and I have to stop for a quick ice cream cone to recharge. Ordered the Honey Stinger based on review and the natural ingredients. Like the flavor and it seemed to work as it supposed to. The reason to take away a star is the shipping packaging. The shipment came in a soft bag, with that shipping method the soft box inside that contained the product was severely damaged. Because of that, a few of the individual packs also leaked. Contacted Amazon and immediately got replacement, which is appreciated. But the replacement came with the same shipping method and the soft box inside was damaged again. Fortunately this time none of the actual packs were affected. Shipping packaging needs to improve based on the fragile nature of the product.
