For the premium price you pay for this qhzhang all-in-one 5-gallon bucket, double sieve honey filter, and scraper tool kit, you expect complete, working tools. Out of the box, the components actually appeared to be somewhat decent quality. However, the honey gate valve (the drain plug at the bottom) did not come with the essential nut required to hold the valve in place. Without that single nut, the entire kit is completely useless. I basically just spent a premium amount of money on a plastic bucket with a 2-inch hole in the bottom of it. To make matters worse, the original product box arrived completely smushed—so bad that Amazon had to place it inside a larger Amazon box just to ship it. While the smashed box is a shipping issue, the missing pieces are 100% on the seller's quality control. Now, instead of processing my honey, I have to waste my own time either returning the whole setup or trying to track down the seller/customer service to get the missing hardware. When you pay this kind of money, you expect all the parts to be there. Very frustrating, and I would not recommend.
