I had previously bought, and returned, a cheaper (~$35) KVM which stopped working after two weeks. That cheaper one was so light that it wouldn't stay where I put it. This one is leagues better. It has some weight, so it stays in place on my desk. I've only had it a couple of months, but so far, it has worked flawlessly. It has EDID simulation, so my computers don't freak out, and it feels high quality to the touch. It uses standard cables too, not those combination HDMI+USB cables that cause problems. At double the price of my previous one, it feels four times a better product. Soon after I bought it, I needed another one to only switch video on some other computers (I didn't need USB, which is what failed on the cheap one), so which one did I buy? This one again!

I friend mentioned he was looking at this product and while I'd been getting by manually switching the inputs on my monitors, this solution is fantastic. I have it running 2 HDMI monitors (with 8K DP to 2.1 HDMI adapters) and one display port monitor. I did have issues connecting the second HDMI monitor and support was fabulous emailing me enough detail to get the CORRECT cable/adapter and it's working great to switch all 3 monitors between 2 computers or a Laptop! Impressive support and fine product for a fail price!

So this can control 4 computers with 1 set of Keyboard and mouse, and I have it setup for 3 computers. So far it is working well. The wired remote is something I prefer for such a device over wireless, as I need it to work when I need it. I dont want to have a battery or range or line of sight issue when I need to use a computer. What I dont like is the size of the buttons on the remote, and the fact that it does not have a LED light to show the numbers on the remote. Although after a few uses, you will know where the buttons work for which computer, but I still have issues at times, and would like to see in the dark. They managed to put LED in the remote AFTER you press it it lights up, but we need it to see the buttons. After pressing doesnt help anything. Other than that, its a good device so far.

This was a waste of money. Upon arrival I was missing cables. It was packaged nicely but still missing cables. The switch would randomly disconnect me from my work laptop while on phone calls. It got to the point where I ended up getting in trouble because it disconnected the calls at work. The USB ports did not function properly. I called the support desk from Amazon and they were useless. They said that the reason that I was having these issues was because my mouse may not be supported…. How does a mouse have anything to do with making calls on teams or a soft phone on the computer! It doesn’t! I requested to speak to a manager from Amazon or someone else who could help trouble shoot and the lady said I couldn’t be connected as they will tell me the same thing. I demanded to speak to a manager and I was on hold for over an hour no manager picked up. No one did. This is a terrible product this is my second one and Amazon wouldn’t even do my return over the phone. I had to do it through the App. This should have helped with declutterring the desk and it made it worse. No instructions for setting up the equipment and not user friendly at all. Terrible service terrible product.

I use this to switch keyboard and mouse between four computers. No high speed USB devices, so can't speak to that. The remote switch is nice. It comes with double sticky tape. I've attached it to my keyboard. Two notes 1) it takes 1-2 seconds to switch and 2) the remote switch has no visual indicator to show which device is selected (the device itself does).

Solid little unit does its job well, pretty much plug and play nothing to configure, I've had it for a month and I'm happy with it. I bounce between win11 laptop, linux desktop, and a raspberry pi. It's pretty heavy so it doesn't slide around. black and white in color and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

I bought this to switch between two Lenovo (linux) machines and two Macs. The Apple-specific devices (i.e. Magic Trackpad) did work. However, any non-Apple devices were not recognized by either the 2024 Macbook Pro or the 2023 Mac Mini. Having searched online for a solution, I found that others were having similar issues. Sadly, I had to return this item. If you are buying this for MacOS and you're not exclusively using Apple hardware, be warned; it may not fully work.

This device works as it should after you work around it's problems and limitations. It works in a 3x 4k monitor setup with both my Windows 11 desktop and 2023 Macbook Pro. The extremely annoying issues and failures of this device are the following for me. 1. Unable to access computer BIOS. This device wakes op or registers to late in the bootup sequence. The display does not wakeup to show the BIOS boot screen and the Keyboard and Mouse do not function during the boot process. Obvious work around is to bypass and rewire your components so the KVM is no longer in use. Quite a pain when you have 15 cables connected to the device. 2. Issues with MacBook Pro waking or startup that do not start or recognize the monitors correctly. This requires you to disconnect and reconnect your MacBook cables after the computer has completed wakeup or startup.
