The media could not be loaded. I just moved into a new house and needed a fire pit because my wife and I like to entertain or just outside and enjoy. It came in several pieces as you can see in the pic but it was not hard to put together and didn't take that long. All pieces were there and even gave tools to do it. We got to use it several times before the snow hit and it worked perfectly. Once you put a battery in the spark ignitor it start up easily, all you do is push down and turn the knob for gas. As you can see in the video it has a nice flame to it giving a nice warm glow. It comes with a glass shield to keep hands away from the fire, great for kids. It holds the propane tank inside out of sight which is the best feature because they are not appealing to the eye. It seems to be made of great quality and think it will hold up to the elements for many years. It has a nice deep colored wicker look to it. It comes with brown glass smooth polished glass rocks, I wish it came with a little more to hide the burner. Overall very satisfied with the firepit and look forward to using it more!

When assembling the table itself one of the threaded bolt holes was not threaded all the way, preventing the bolt from going all the way in. That necessitated the use of washers to secure a bracket. In addition, the corner pieces holding the glass wind guard panels together were missing. We contacted Amazon and the vendor replied within only a few hours and shipped the pieces immediately. Unfortunately, since the parts were being shipped from China, it took about a week to get them. Lastly, it would be good if the table came with 30 pounds of the fire glass beads. The 20 pounds that are included don't cover the burners so the flame doesn't look good. We ordered and added an additional 10 pounds and that made a wonderful difference. All in all, I would definitely purchase this unit again.

I bought this for my home. My parents loved it, so they got it too! Great color match to my patio set. Reasonable to assemble. Description is very accurate. Both sets arrived a week ahead of scheduled delivery. Seller was great to work with! One of my sets had a defective piece. Seller sent a replacement within 3 days. Very responsive!

I like how well made this fire table is and it works good. The tank drawer could be made easier to assemble in the table. The plastic ends to stop tank drawer from coming all the way out of the tracks broke off. Although the drawer still works . Two opposite corners of the fire plate that holds the burners were bent . Really not noticeable. I suspect during shipping. Over all a good fire table. Also I thought the wind guard glass came with the fire table so they did give discount on the wind guard. Customer service is great! They were fast to respond and accommodate my concerns .

It is a lovely fire pit. It is absolutely beautiful at night and keeps our outdoor kitchen warm. It’s sturdy and arrived in a timely manner packaged very well. The directions are confusing. It took my husband who is extremely good with directions hours to put it together, but once together it was absolutely gorgeous!!!

This is junk. Took 2 hours to put together and burner was defective. Waited a week for the next burner to come, that one is so defective after wasting an hour taking the old one off and putting the new one in. Such bs.
