I have bad RA, fibro and neuropathy issues. The fact that I can put my feet up in a foot rest is beyond amazing and still be comfortable while working. On really hard days the massage feature helps with my back muscles. I am beyond impressed at the features this offered and how it performs after 6 months. Putting together was a little frustrating as it’s like ikea. No directions just letters, but after laying out it went together just fine

This chair had everything my PT said I needed in an office chair, so gave it a shot. The first one had a piece that was stripped and the seller sent another after receiving the pictures and knowing exactly which part. I really like this chair, it's comfortable, I stop sitting on my feet, and the massage feature really helps with loosening up when I need it.

Ever since losing everything to the DEC 10 Tornado, I've had to buy many things and assemble more pieces of furniture in a few months than I have in my entire lifetime. With that said, this was surprisingly simple to assemble compared to 3 other similar chairs. The worst parts to assemble were already assembled and it took only about 10 minutes to complete. As for comfort, the only complaint I have is that the foot rest doesn't seem to extend as far as I'd like. I have another chair that has an extended foot rest but THIS one only comes out to about your mid-thighs ...and I am short (about 5' 5"). It has a lot of good massage features but I don't use that due to the fact that it just makes my nose start itching after vibrating for a few minutes. So not much to say there except that it works. Nonetheless, I like the vibrating features on another chair better because, unlike this one, it can use USB to power it. Use a USB power bank allows me to not worry about pulling the plug out upon moving around in the chair. This one is tethered to the wall with it's AC plug. It's comfortable despite not going down to the floor very far. But like I said previously; I am short. But the cushioning below the back of my knees is very good and makes up for that by preventing any residual pain from my legs hanging down. I can still touch the floor with my toes.

The product arrived damaged I put most of it together to find out the arm is broken and the whole chair leans to the left. The pre drilled wholes are not lined up symmetrically so it won’t sit up straight. The metal base is bent as well. The customer services team will accept a return only if I pay to ship it back or they will give me a 15% discount to keep an unusable $200 chair. Bad business. Over all the chit seems nice it would be very comfortable if it wasn’t broken. Update the seller did refund our money we liked the functionality so we bought two more however the same manufacturer defect of it leaning to the left is still an issue in both new chairs. There aren’t any broken parts and all the pieces were included in that two chairs that we currently have so I guess overall it’s not that bad of a product. And the customer service end was handled they are very comfortable chairs I just wish they didn’t lean to the left

First and foremost I'd like to say that the seller is very prompt when contacted. The box for my chair was severely damaged during shipping. It looked like the carrier had zero care for what happened to my package. Upon opening the box and inspecting everything, the remote for the chair was smashed into several pieces. Then when I was putting the chair together, I got to the very last piece and the wrong screw was in the package. I immediately contacted the seller, and they were more than happy to help me. They sent me the correct hardware kit, and a new remote set for my chair. It is all put together now and working wonderfully!! I couldn't be happier! This chair is insanely comfortable and well worth it!
