Once FINALLY assembled it looks nice enough and will serve its purpose for now. Issues we had putting it together: Instructions in places are hard to see and determine what's going where (specifically where the pistons go and the rods and bars for canopy). Would suggest a closer, enlarged diagram with an actual close up photo would be helpful. Several issues with the rods for holding the canopy and the canopy itself: 1. one of the sets (picture 1) we had to use duct tape to secure as the pin and hole it's supposed to go through were on the wrong sides so the hole for the pin was 180 degrees on the wrong side. 2. another set was tapped incorrectly so even inserted all the way, the pin didn't line up with the hole. (more duct tap). 3. Looked like the one of the areas where the canopy folds had pulled out and wasn't secured (heavy duty sewing needle and threat). The 'feet' on the bottom of all the pieces are VERY cheap plastic. I do not expect them to last more than 1 or 2 uses. I half expected them to snap in half just trying to get them unwrapped from the Saran Wrap. The screws in some places don't seem to match up correctly. In one area the screws that were listed on the instructions seemed too long (protruded a bit even when tightened) but the next size down were too small. The instructions listing something like 4#2 took a bit to figure out that they wanted 2 of the number 4 item. Instead just list the length of the screw. Initially it looked easier because the packaging has the item number and length but it was still confusing and had to keep flipping back to the entire list parts. When we opened the boxes a couple of the stickers on the parts fluttered out so had fallen off the items which made for a bit of experimentation and guess work. The seat cushions are fairly thin so not completely comfortable. Will probably replace them at some point. Another similar (different set) of patio furniture we have the seat cushions have ribbons on the back that secure them to the backs of the chairs. This is a really nice feature as it can get very windy where we live and having those really helps from chasing cushions around the yard. This set doesn't have those and we'll probably add that ourselves later. Its a nice style for by the pool but if we get another one in the future we'll probably try a different brand. ... show more

This is huge! I love being able to move it around & change up the set up. It’s comfy & sturdy! Colors are exactly what I expected. The only reason for 4 stars is because it took a long time to assemble & the instructions were quite confusing, but there is a video to help.

The quality is ok for the price. It goes together ok. But it is made for TINY people!!! Or maybe for children. Not a 6’1” adult. It’s so low to the ground and the backrest is so low it is not comfortable. The cushions need to be twice as thick for comfort. They are super thin. And it needs some cushion tie downs. They don’t stay in place at all. Overall not satisfied. I’d send it back if it wasn’t already put together. There is No way I could ever repack the box the way it came. So if you buy it, you are stuck with it. Very disappointed. ... show more
