It its not as big as advertised or the way it looks on the picture and be mindful is dark red not a brilliant red like the pictures

Purchased the day bed and during process of putting all sections together, a few things happened: 1.one part where you attach part 16 to N broke. 2.fabric that covers canopy and bars was sawn wrong direction. I called customer service and wthin a few days all parts were sent for replacement. One of them, was wrong one and lady, who sent me email, personally made sure I would get it right. The whole set is great, easy to put together, except canopy. Pay attention to the two middle bars, they have to be in right order, as well as parts that hold them. Be patient!! If you need a cover, found one on Amazon by WJ-X3. The dimensions for sofa cover are 87Wx37Dx35/26H and you can stuck all together and fit perfect with enough room. ... show more

I received my item on April 29th but not all parts were there. Seemed responsive but in a loop. I follow up on missing parts and they say they will let warehouse know. So far a very over priced set of not very comfortable chairs

This furniture set is awesome, very comfortable, great color (we got the red) and the customer service was awesome. A few of the parts didn't fit right (holes were drilled so they didn't match where they were supposed to, the overhead canopy parts were missing and we needed a few more clips) I contacted the seller and the correct parts, missing parts and extra clips were sent out immediately. We ordered this set for the deck of our Airbnb. We needed something comfortable and stylish with the bonus of providing some shade. This configuration hit the mark. It has been on the deck in full sun since July and now into some colder wetter times in central Oregon. We are really happy with how it is holding up over all. I love this set. It was not hard to put together at all. The only difficult part was the canopy. Make sure you have someone assist you with it. We hosted this past weekend and my parents loved how comfortable it was. A definite buy for any yard.
