I’ve been using this chair for 3 weeks and really enjoy it. The footrest is my favorite part and I’m able to sit criss-cross which I love. It’s also pink, need I say more? The reclining ability is awesome and comfortable, I just don’t get to use it much at work, as well as the additional features. Only con so far is it make creaking sounds when I move around in the chair, concerns me slightly about the sturdiness. But 3 weeks in, great so far! This chair is beautiful and comfortable. However, it came with the left arm not working. It cannot be screwed in properly, so the left arm moves and I feel like it will fall off at any time. The heat function does not work at all. Also, this is not a massage function. It is a vibrate option. I would not recommend purchasing this product as it came damaged and the shipper requires you pay for it to be shipped back to NJ. I’m in AZ so the shipping is not worth returning it. You get what you pay for on this one. So loud and uncomfortable. The massage feels like cat paws and the back rest wont stay locked so every time I sit down its a gamble. Save your money. There has to be better quality chairs out there.
