When the chair was put together and plugged in, it did not work. No heat, no massage. Amazon suggested contacting the manufacturer which I did. They would not help because we bought it through Amazon and not directly through them. To return the chair we have to pay for shipping on a defective item. Had the product less than a month and the cord already broke. The quality of the cord was lacking from the moment we took it out of the box so we tried to be careful with it but it didn't matter.
