This chair is beautiful and comfortable. However, it came with the left arm not working. It cannot be screwed in properly, so the left arm moves and I feel like it will fall off at any time. The heat function does not work at all. Also, this is not a massage function. It is a vibrate option. I would not recommend purchasing this product as it came damaged and the shipper requires you pay for it to be shipped back to NJ. I’m in AZ so the shipping is not worth returning it. I really like this chair, but the massage feature is pretty loud. I was prepared for some noise based on other reviews, but I wasn't prepared for the noise that the heat setting would make. Once it's on for a few minutes I get used to it, but it's pretty jarring at first when I'm trying to have quiet, be warm and relax in the chair. The springs are also very noticeable, not really obnoxious, more musical wind chimey, but sort of annoying every time I adjust in the chair. I’ve been using this chair for 3 weeks and really enjoy it. The footrest is my favorite part and I’m able to sit criss-cross which I love. It’s also pink, need I say more? The reclining ability is awesome and comfortable, I just don’t get to use it much at work, as well as the additional features. Only con so far is it make creaking sounds when I move around in the chair, concerns me slightly about the sturdiness. But 3 weeks in, great so far!
