The bean bags came vacuum sealed. It took 48 hours for the bags to expand and the covers to be able to be on. The outside cover is soft and the color is good and made of great material. As far as comfort, they are not the most comfortable bags.

It sure is a big bean bag, I see a lot of people on the review page complaining about the smell and weird feel but when I got mine it didn't smell like anything, still washed the cover of it cuz ya never know where stuff like thats been but all the same it's likely just dependant on where the bag is shipping from, the chair is comfortable, im 6'5 and while I can't have all the space in the world if you have a wall behind you to lean up against it's a great place to sit. Only complaint is the feel of the inside of the bag at times, the memory foam cushion allows the bean bag to kindda keep its shape but it's more a conept that sopmething to actually stick around, it feels like the foam stick and lumps together and that I have to push the foam away from itself to make it feel like its not clumping around the bag. But that could be something that is fixed over time as the bag might still be expanding, it was shipped in an airtight cube of foam that was like a 4 the size of the bag itself and I only got it 3 days ago so maybe its still getting used to having some space to breath.
