Had to get Amazon involved to reach the seller and get tracking on the right side. When the right side did arrive, installation was very tricky. The couch attaches by hinges in the middle and on the back for the cushions, but the couch cushions are too bulky and firm to maneuver into them. Couch looks great, fit very nicely in small space. That said, it did not live up to what I expected. The couch is very "stiff" and somewhat uncomfortable due to the 45-degree straight back, and not "puffy" like I envisioned. In my opinion, it was greatly overpriced.
