Bought this for spare room for guest. Alot of parts to put together but they do provide instructions with the tool. Its looks good & ok for the price. My only complaint is the legs for bottom bed when rolling out & up. It doesn't pop automatically up. Its sometimes hard push up. But its pretty sturdy & like the phone outlet on top.

This trundle bed is a perfect fit for the room. Looks great and wasn't damaged. The bottom mattress should only be 7" thickness. If you have the same size of mattress for the top bed, it will be okay if you pull it out to make it One full bed however, I think it really needs a 10" mattress for the top as it fits better but if you pull it out to make it One full bed then the mattress sizes (heights) are off. If you just use it as a trundle (2 beds) then the 7" mattress sizes and 10" will be okay The downfall on the bottom trundle is that it just rolls underneath and isn't connected to the top part as I thought it would. So I am picky and I don't want it to scratch/hit on each other since it just rolls in and out and now have to get something for this. Also, the bottom frame doesn't have a lip on it so the mattress can slide off. This is the reason why I didn't give it a 5 star otherwise, it looks great.

Horrible, cheaply made, not sturdy and squeaky. Pieces came bent, parts not manufactured well. Wheels came extremely bent had to bend them back. A couple of rods inserts weren’t attached properly (picture attached). Really wanted it for my daughter, but didn’t work out. Just wouldn’t recommend this product at all.

Like this day bed a lot. I was able to assemble it by myself as a senior citizen and on continuous oxygen. Instructions were easy to follow, a young lady of 5 years old was able to read the letters and numbers and identify the pieces before I assembled it, helping me sort them. Once set up I was glad I chose the design I did. I like the height as well. With the mattress it is easy to move around also.

Gave this a four because the customer service was truly 5 stars. However, the middle collapsed because it doesn’t have the support in the middle to hold the weight since there is a trundle underneath. Overall, the bed is nice, but the downfall is definitely the durability of the bed.
