Came quick. Very simple and basic. Came with case. Case handle isn't adjustable and I'm short so can be pretty hard to carry over shoulder so i do cross shoulder. Case is verybsimple and basic. Nothing fancy. Not heavy. Holds well and is comfortable. Would recommend.

I left only 3 stars because I spent extra $$ cause the product specifications say it is for up to 600lb however the paperwork it comes with say 330lbs. If I had time to return and get the cheaper one that goes up to 350lbs I would. So I can't leave a 5 star review.

We are happy with it. Just be careful carrying or opening it. There's few really good pinch points that can hurt you if you carry it or hold it wrong, but it seems safe enough while using it. I deliberately rattled it and flexed it around. It doesn't collapse and seems very strong. The zipper bag is decent too. ... show more

the product is built with 1x1 square steel piping and isn't an expensive chair. the good parts: The bag it comes with is good and has long enough handles to throw over a shoulder and its comfortable at my height to carry in the bag, at 5'6' . The cushions are comfortable and it folds well. the upholstery seems sturdy enough and it is well attached to its frame work with staples so it's not loose or coming off. the bad parts: mine came with rust on the upholstery as the steel was not fully coated on the ends, the parts when placed together don't stay in place / head rest can be forcefully held up with the tightening screw and latch but its difficult to manage / keep in place. This is a dangerous flaw when you have different people needing to be comfortable. the depth distance where you put your knees was small for an average size person so I can't fit a larger person on the chair, the adjustable height for the chest cushion and head rest is also too small for a taller person. it won't fit someone over my height which is problematic in a sports or corporate environment. ... show more

I knew this was going to be cheaply made, the old adage is right “you get what you pay for” I bought it just to have a a second chair for back up, so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for it. The chair legs are uneven and when you lock the head rest and body into position, it doesn’t always hold. The zipper on the bag broke completely after using it 6 times. I now have a bag for a chair that I can’t use and will have to either purchase another bag or use a strap to carry the chair. ... show more
