Chairs come two to a box, neatly packed with all necessary pieces to assemble straight away. The fabric looks great, and the pattern and coloring looks much better in person than in the pictures. Each chair goes together in three steps; took me a total of 15 minutes to assemble two chairs with only the included allen key. The only thing I didn’t like is that mine came with a few nicks and dings on the wooden legs, which are also sort of low-gloss, ho-hum appendages that don’t add anything to the piece as a whole. Not a major issue, can’t have it all for this price. Reasonably comfortable to sit on for long periods as well. I use these as kitchen chairs, and I love them. The ONLY drawback to the chairs themselves is that one of the 4 legs is shorter than the other 3. This is not a huge deal since the slider pads are on a screw, so you don't notice it a whole lot. Otherwise, they're great! This product arrived with many missing screws and nuts, one of the legs was broken, and the places where you were supposed to screw in The screws were malaligned so you couldn’t even get them properly in place. Also, the packaging was ripped and damaged.

Beautiful chairs however they did not match what I had so had to unfortunately return them. I would definitely recommend them. Customer service is slow and annoying. They received my return over 10 days ago and still nothing has been processed. Most vendors process the return as soon as a scanned it in so that is unfortunate and annoying when you need the money ... show more

Great value for the money. These are true to the color pictured and look great in my kitchen. They are well padded and very easy to assemble. They are a bit lightweight, so I’d be careful if using daily or for larger people. Them being very light weight also causes them to easily slide on non-carpeted floors as well (my mom took a tumble!). However, this is minimized with some gripping pads on the bottom of the legs.
