I got this window unit yesterday on 4-24 2024,took it out of the box an as you can see the dent in it plus the vent is also bent in so I went ahead , an put it in an I have ran it an have tried to get it adjusted to where it will run,I have it in cool mode an the compressor will only run for 15 mins then shut off, I have put it on the I since mode an the compressor will still not run long enough to bring the temp, down it keeps resting itself from the settings on the remote, so I am returning it asap, I had a 1200 btu that I borrowed that done better then this unit is doing ... show more

I needed this for my master suite, 550sqft. It’s the warmest room in the house in summer. I love this AC! It’s not super quiet, which I like. The fan noise helps me sleep better. It definitely cools the bedroom down very well. I’ve had to turn it up a bit a couple times. It’s only been installed for two nights so far, but it’s working like a champ! It said that a 120v would be enough. They were wrong!! 240v is needed to run the 18000 btu AC. Will not buy anything else from you again. Now having to get an electrician out, for $600.00 to wire the thing up. Not happy!!!!

In Shipping it mostly the shippers fault if it arrived broken so I will blame it on FedEx the very heavey box was dropped on the left corner so the unit had a Crack in the plastic cover and bent the metal on the inside which caused the screw to impal the coil we went ahead and set it up to see if it had problems or if the freon line leaked which it didn't and our bedroom got down to 63 degrees seems to be working fine as far as the company some of the screws were missing and were way to many of the screws we didn't need so over all its a good working ac ... show more
