I bought this for therapeutic use. I have multiple joint issues that would require several heating pads to keep the joints warmed up and working. This took care of all of that in one device. The material is very soft and comfortable and gets VERY hot. The only challenge is cleaning. It must be hand washed and stretched back to shape after each cleaning. the electrical connector is in a bit of a strange place, but you can work around it. The control cord is very long. Great value

I got the 62x48, plenty big enough to cover from toes to nose. The cord is heavy duty and long enough for very easy use. Timer works good, heat temp choices are great. It's not a "heavy" blanket, but it is very soft. I was concerned about the size because the box it shipped in was on the smaller side, but it was all good, they vacuum the air out of the bag. Going to be just what I need for watching Hallmark movies on a cold night. This one is big enough for two....

While the blanket is soft and warms up quickly, it does not keep the settings for heat and time when turned off. Each time it is turned on it reverts to the lowest heat and maximum five settings. It is an inconvenience.
