The media could not be loaded. I have to say for being a 62 year old woman I never cease to amaze myself at what I can achieve when I put my mind to it, I installed the facet on my own, but as a reminder it's easier to put on the plumbers tape before installing, so that being said, lol, I had to remove it so I could put the tape on with ease, and a reminder to put the tape on clockwise and also to adjust the weight up high enough so the hose returns into its place, besides being a little frustrated and uncomfortable it turned out perfectly and the black goes great with all of my kitchen, thanks amazon I 100% recommend this product! ... show more

I love this faucet the only thing that would make it better is if the end of the faucet would snap into place and not dangle slightly out of the neck of the faucet , the spray setting is powerful and can help remove food debris and the auto change feature when being turned off is a nice touch so you dont spray water everywhere when you turn the faucet on again. the button to change from a stream to the spray is easy to use and so far hasn't had any problems with sticking or anything, the hose is a good length not to ling but also not to short either. overall a pretty descent faucet especially for the price and the convenience of having it delivered vs. driving to a hardware store like lows or the depot ... show more

Every bit as nice as a $400 unit at a local store. I almost didn't get it because I thought it was too cheap to be good. I give a grade of A on easiness to install (20 minutes), A+ on feel (has a nice, heavy weight to it), A+ on performance, A+ on looks.
