It's easy to put together and just as comfortable as the other reviewers wrote. For some reason delivery to a room in our house was not available paying for it when we purchased the couch. Unfortunately for the guy delivering it, it has to be his first delivery because every thing else was behind it. It should be marked on the box or in the description that it comes in sections. We helped the guy bring it in. Of course it was raining. We wrote a check to him directly or else it would have gone back. It was boxed and we got it in as one large, heavy item. Then opened the box and found out it was in sections. Oh well. We do love the couch. I immediately put on a cover to protect it from cats. ... show more

I wrote a review right after we bought it and we loved it at first. Now after about a year. One side has pulled away from the middle and leans outward. We have turned it over to see if bolts were loose but we could find nothing wrong. Waste of $700. Having to replace already

If your not sure if you should order this couch let me tell you, GO FOR IT. Here's the deal..they will drop it off at your front door with a scheduled delivery. The box will fit through your front door. It's very easy to put together. And it's comfortable and beautiful. The only problem I had was it was missing the center console piece. So when I went to ask to have that piece sent to me, they do not offer that. Now the reason being is because they purchase this from China. It's all boxed up and sent to the amazon warehouse. So if it's missing a piece they don't have any extras laying around. Amazon was amazing. I jumped on chat with them and them gave me two options: either a full return pick and refund or a $259. Credit back on my credit card. I took the credit. Other than that, this live seat is so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it all weekend....arggg... Buy it and you won't be sorry... ... show more

I absolutely love this couch. It is firm but still has some give, thankfully since I weight nearly 300 lbs this works well for heavier people. Farely easy to assemble, and really cozy when reclined. Downsides for me, the couch came in damaged, and the bottom covering was ripped about a foot long. Didn't want to hassle with a return or exchange, but was disappointed in this since I paid a decent amount for the couch. Also while I love the reclining feature, it is --REALLY-- difficult to put down the leg rest. I literally have to throw my whole body weight into the leg rest to snap it back into place. ... show more

I took a chance and ordered this recliner without being able to test it in a store. It arrived promptly, was undamaged-though the cardboard box it was in had seen better days-and was easy to put together. Though it isn't as dark as the listing photo, it is still a nice deep gray color. Appears sturdy, well-constructed, fabric is soft, seat is a firmer pad but very comfortable and roomy, arms aren't too high which is a plus for me. Like it! ... show more
