This has been an absolute disaster dealing with Amazon and multiple choices and multiple shipping companies. The couch is comfortable, but obviously cheap. We cannot figure out how to attach the arms, and it didn’t come with any directions. We also have a second unassembled couch sitting in the box in my driveway because they never canceled my order correctly, and now want me to return the second couch by myself. I’d return it and go to a furniture store if I didn’t have the second one to also return. What a frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming experience. UPDATED 1/11: Now they have charged me for the second couch, even though they came and picked it up WEEKS ago!!! ... show more

I was a little skeptical when I saw it was in a box. However, it was very easy to put together. Took me maybe 10 minutes by myself. Everything worked on it as well. It was a little shorter than I was expecting, but works well for our family. Its also very comfortable and looks great!

I love this couch. It's not as wide as a typical couch, so it's perfect for our TV room. The center console folding down is just brilliant. It's plenty comfortable and has a high seating position. What I especially like about it is that the reclining seats slide forward instead of the back tilting rearward, so you can place this against the wall without having to pull the whole couch forward in order to recline. The vinyl is soft and comfortable, nothing like leather of course, but it works. ... show more

delivery could have been better since according to the tracking it was said to be at a warehouse 25 miles away from my home but sat there over a week. The couch itself though does not look comfy but is. Price was cheap, so far so good.

It was easy to assemble but the side of the couch is starting to droop and when you recline it it grinds on the wood. Not a very easy thing to return so I'm not sure what I'm going to do. It appears it's missing a bolt or something.

I bought it to save money and match a homeglance sectional i bought. Easy to assemble the back and arms slip on easily and sturdy, but it's small for a person taller than six feet and/or big. I had to buy a ottoman to rest my legs because the leg rest don't even rest my calfs, same with backrest no angle to rest back. We call it "hungry couch." The spaces between seats tend to "eat" the remote all the time: end up having to search under the couch for it. I didn't even consider that.
