Let me first off start by saying I spent over $600 to test other back massagers and came across this which is a decompressor and wasn’t sure what to expect! I have sciatica issues over 10 years ago that went away and came back in 2019 and would come and go after good massages and relaxation but after I caught C19 last year I have suffered the most excruciating lower back pain my life with also sciatica flare ups and if you thought it couldn't get any worse add in inflamed hips! I’ve been living every day now off of ibuprofen which is a requirement for me to function and even sleep and some days even that doesn’t work and I’ve cried myself to sleep in pain and even after an acupuncture message session that didn’t work, constant appointments with my fantastic chiropractor and he did all he could and said I needed physical therapy but even with that I still could not find anything to help me and felt like a Barbie doll and how you can pop her legs off…that’s how I felt! I felt like if I could just pop my legs off that would stop my unbelievable painful inflamed hips from hurting. So fast forward to yesterday and my heated decompression pad got delivered and I was so afraid it wouldn’t work because I thought how could just movements described in the ad for this thing actually really help me? So I placed it on my carpet and laid down and the magic began!!! First this device is next level, 10 star worthy! I had to double check the price because it actually feels like this is a VERY expensive and high quality product! Needless to safe after one session I can’t believe I actually felt better! I had it on the highest setting and also had the heat turned on to warm up all my muscles and tendons and used about 3 different sessions and got up and I could instantly tell and feel my lower back felt better. It also put me to sleep it was so relaxing and then later on that night it could still feel some discomfort so used it again and it put me to sleep again and I’ve felt like a million bucks since! So far no pain and I’m good to go! It’s been over 24 hours now no pain which is unbelievable! I’m going to use this every other day and believe this is actually helping to correct and heal my issue which is allot better than just covering it up with a good massage that actually fixes nothing! I recommend anyone with sever lower lumbar pain and lower back pain and sciatica pain and inflamed hips pain to get this immediately and you will be stunned also! Get it while it’s still available! It takes a long while before the heat can be felt. I thought at first that the mat was defective because there was no heat emitting after you press on the heat button. So far, the pressure points really help my back getting stretched and relaxed. I’ve tried other back massagers but I find the pressure quite painful to my back and uncomfortable . I love this product. It has air cushions that rise and fall, and in doing so they stretch areas of your body and get the kinks out. I do wish the mat was longer and could also provide relief to the leg/calf area. I also wish there was a way to pause the air cushions in certain areas so that the lifting of said area was held for a longer period of time. Other than those 2 minor fixes that I would like to see, I find this stretch mat to be heavenly. I like the heat option and allowing the choice of whether to use it or not. I find the product easy to work with and find myself sometimes doing back to back stretch programs, as the program does only last for 15 minutes. Wasn't comfortable at all. This is not for everyone, it's stiff and not as padded as we would have liked. Probably okay if used on a bed but not for use on recliners or other chairs.

Do you have tight fascia in your neck and back? This is for you! I have ehlers danlos and this thing has been a god send for me! Be wary it will be somewhat painful at first (as stuck fascia can be), so just be careful and listen to your body if it’s too much. I use this almost daily!
