I am obsessed with this fireplace/heater. Makes my room so cozy! Love you can change colors on both flame and crystals/logs. The heater blows out not up so that worked well for me since I sat inside a fireplace. It can be wall mounted or freestanding. I’d recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I had to buy this as it’s the only one that would fit in my fireplace correctly. It’s not horrible. But did they really have to put there logo on the front glass right where everyone sees it?? That’s a bit tacky. I’m gonna find a way to cover it. Otherwise flames are interesting. I chose the crystals over the log, and it’s pretty to look at. Heater is just ok.

The media could not be loaded. This goodie went beyond my expectations. I was already amazed by other reviews, but once I completed setting it up I was blown away. This is definitely a recommended piece. I truly enjoy the fact that it has the option with the 2 legs for free standing. Kudos as well for the great secured packaging. Mine was doubled boxed with corner edge guards and foam. A quick and easy setup. Literally took me no more than 10 minutes. I tried to see which I would prefer between the log & plastic crystals, definitely go with the log. It blends in so flush and is pleasing to look at. Once it's powered on you will be amazed. I haven't tried the heating function yet since it's summer, but honestly I'll be ok with whatever it blows out, because of how good it looks. Haha.

Didn’t have a ton of reviews but after 2 days of constant research between 10 different fireplaces on here, decided to go with this one and I freakin love it!!! Made good, HEAVY, clear picture. Love the logs in it!! Comes with a bag of the clear rocks to add to it but probably just gonna stick with the logs alone! Colors are wonderful! Controls on the actual fireplace is touchscreen but does come with a remote! Cant wait to get my insert built and put this in!

Since Christmas which rolled to New Year, we started getting too many snow blizzards and it is a drag looking outside because most of our days are gray in color. Of all those days my partner keep talking about fireplaces so I suggested to him why not get an electric fireplace. He liked the idea and he put this particular one in our shopping cart. I did not buy it right away. Then when I checked it out 4 days ago I was surprised that it went $60 off so I placed the order. Easy to assemble (10 minutes with free standing mode). Gorgeous “flames”! The color is easily changeable. I like the mode which cycles through different colors. The flame looks very real. The build is solid with thick steel boxes all around. The fan noise is a bit on the loud side. But that should be easily fixed with some lube.
