With all the misspellings and the poorly photoshopped images in the listing, I was half expecting to send this item back immediately. But it seems pretty solid. I'm using it for home use, not for a gym or business. The straps seem very nice with what appears to be heavy duty stitching throughout. The numbers to help you keep the straps even are also stitched in. I'm wary of the caribbeaners, but they seem solid and strong. They're weird shaped proprietary caribbeaners that probably aren't much stronger than body weight should be enough. The handles are great, strong and rubbery. I was afraid they would be flimsy and foam covered. I'm a larger than average human, and everything feels strong and reliable. Which is more than I can say for many products. My only complaint would be the size of the foot loops. Because I'm big, I have big feet, and even bigger shoes. I can only get those foot straps to midfoot. I see there are some exercises that people put the straps all the way up to their ankles. There's no way I could do that with shoes on, maybe I'll try with bare feet. Bottom line is that I'm impressed. I can't yet speak to durability, but if they fall apart quickly, I'll update this review. Otherwise they work great. ... show more

I've had this for a little over a month and it's been great. I did not use the door mount, so I can't speak to that. I weigh 220 and it has easily held up to my weight and I'm using it 4-5 days a week. Definitely worth consideration seeing as it was a fraction of the price ($50) of some other brands. ... show more

This is a great substitute for the higher brand name version. I’ve taken it on the road and use it at home. For those who have never used a strap system it would be nice to have more instructions to assembling it and how to use , but you can find that on the internet( but you shouldn’t have to look it up). it is just okay, especially if you considerate the price. the exercise guide that comes with it is useless, first of all, it is not a truly exercise guide, if you don't know what you are doing and you are new at this, you could hurt yourself, it shows some exercises that are for more advanced that beginner's users. and, even then, they are not really good guidance, no warmup, and definitely not a full work out. On the equipment itself, it does not bring instructions how to set it up, also, I think the fact that you have to interchange handles instead of being integrated is not convenient. it is true that it comes in a bag and won't take much space to travel with and it is what I will probably keep it for, for when I am traveling, I am buying the original TRX system even if it is more than 3 to 4 times the price. I am a friend believer that you get what you pay for. I neither recommend nor do not recommend this kit, just know what you are getting. ... show more
