I’ve tried a few different ab machines over time, and so far, this is the best one I’ve used! The Home Gym Systems Ab Machine is solidly built and feels very sturdy during workouts. I’ve been using it for a few days now and multiple times each day—it holds up really well. What I love most is the adjustable resistance and how comfortable it is on the knees, thanks to the padding. It’s also foldable, which makes it super convenient for storing at home, especially if you’re tight on space. I've been seeing similar ab machines to this all over tiktok so when I had a chance to order this I went for it. The cost is on the steeper side, but I really need help working on my core so I'm hoping this will help with that. The assembly was pretty challenging - the instructions were a part of the user manual and the illustrations were difficult to follow but once I got started it was easier to figure out. I do recommend going slowly to ensure you're using the correct screws in the right places so you don't have to partially disassemble it later. The user manual also didn't really explain how to use the arm bands included so I had to refer to the listing on Amazon to see how they were intended to be attached. The biggest issue I had was with a pin meant to hold the ab machine at different heights being slightly too large for the pre-drilled holes in the pipe. I was able to wiggle it around and essentially shave some of the metal off so now it works fine, but I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to use it at all because of that. Once assembled, it feels great. I use it on my carpet and it feels very sturdy. The manual says it has a weight limit of 450lbs - I'm not sure I trust it that much but my 215lb husband used it without issue. I had to put it on the lowest height to get familiar with targeting my ab muscles, but the movement is smooth and the included counter works well to keep track of how many I did. The padding on the arm and knee rests are plush and feel very comfortable and I like the phone rest so I can watch videos or listen to music while exercising. Overall, a bit on the pricey side and can be challenging to assemble, but this machine will definitely get you the ab workout you're looking for.

This home gym abs machine is easy to set up, it comes with the tools and easy straightforward instructions to erect it. I have been using this machine on and off for at least 10mins when I get home from work and I can feel it working. It uses your own body weight against you depending on which incline level you choose. The size it ok as it can be folded flat to store away. It is easy on the knees with cushioned rollers, and the sliding part for me could have been more fluid, but still works great. I can't help but feel like it is a bit overpriced for the quality.

The abdominal workout machine from EYESUN delivers on its primary promise: targeting abs effectively. However, beyond that one strength, its features leave much to be desired for anyone seeking a versatile home gym system. Assembly. The assembly process took approximately 45 minutes, much more than I was expecting based upon the AMAZON product description. The description states that it takes about 5 minutes. It took me that long to unbox and lay out all the parts. While no additional tools were necessary, the instructions contained errors that led to some frustrating setbacks. The guide needs to be corrected, and the guidance pictures improved, which would have made the setup experience a good deal easier. Features and Operation. - Ab Performance. As advertised, the machine works well for abdominal exercises, which was my main reason for purchasing it. It fulfills this specific function adequately. - Arm Bands. The included arm bands are disappointing. They provide minimal benefit, rendering them almost useless for effective workouts. - Phone Tray. The phone tray is mounted with a self-tapping screw and is completely subpar. Its design feels cheap and impractical, detracting from the overall quality of the machine. - Roller Wheels. The ab roller with three sets of wheels doesn’t roll as smoothly as promised in the product description on AMAZON. This reduces the ease of use and diminishes the overall performance of the machine. - LCD Monitor. Works but is fairly low tech as monitors go. - Adjustments. Adjustments are made by placing a cotter pin in holes along the frame. Simple solution but works OK. - Value. Comparable models currently available on AMAZON are approximately 20 percent cheaper. I started looking at comparable models on AMAZON after this arrived and was surprised at how much alike this unit was compared to those other units. Overall, I find this abdominal workout machine a “one-note Johnny,” excelling only at abdominal exercises. If you want something that has a broader spectrum of exercises, this piece of equipment probably isn’t for you. In my case, I was looking for something to help avoid back strain while working abs and this is a good fit for that.
