I ordered this product and received it within two weeks via UPS. They delivered three boxes, but I didn’t realize I was supposed to receive four until I started assembling it. By Step 2, I noticed the counterweights seemed insufficient. At that point, I paused the assembly and contacted Amazon through chat. They informed me that they would have to send an entire replacement order because it appeared I had only received three boxes instead of four. A few days later, I received the replacement order, but I rejected the entire shipment and only kept the missing counterweight box. I was relieved and resumed assembly from where I had left off. However, by Step 3, I realized another part—the “counterweights block” (the piece that goes on top of the counterweights)—was also missing. I emailed the manufacturer, as they don’t offer phone support, but I had to wait 24 hours for a response. Unfortunately, they couldn’t help because they said the issue was related to logistics. I was very disappointed with this product. Additionally, the instructions in the manual and the video were completely different, making assembly even more confusing. To make matters worse, I don’t think two packs of bolts are sufficient to assemble the numerous pulleys. In the end, I had to return this frustrating puzzle of a product.

Once this home gym was put together, I really liked it. The problem started with the shipping, I only received 2 boxes out of four. After waiting a few weeks because tracking kept saying the other boxes were still on the way I called and complained, and 4 total boxes were sent out. I waited to put it together because it was a gift for someone else (2 months). When we finally opened all the boxes, new problem, large steel pieces were bent. and the bottom bar was a different piece than in the instructions. It must have been dropped more than a few times when shipped. No problem, I just grabbed the biggest wrench I had and used all my strength to bend the pieces back into place. One steel piece I had to bed to make it wider to fit the adjoining piece. Didn't make these pieces fit perfectly but enough to be able to use the bolts to stabilize them. Thank goodness for the extra 2 boxes of parts, I had to use extra bolts because of the different bottom base bar needed different bolts than given in step 1 of putting it together. It also came with just bolts for some pieces but no nuts given to keep in place so I had to go into my toolbox to remedy that issue. I did like how the small (bolts etc) parts came separated by the steps in the instructions. Some of the instructions weren't clear but I'm good at putting things together so I managed. I was pretty angry finishing this home gym. So I waited on giving my review to be fair till after I used it a while that's why it got 4 stars instead of the 1 I was planning on giving it the first day. So just beware to check on the delivery and open the boxes immediately if you decide to buy this item.

My daughter really wanted a gym membership. It is so expensive and I wouldn’t want to send her alone. We decided on this as something we could all use. The only complaint is that if the weights were turned around it would be easier to change them. Otherwise it is so easy to use and easy to switch between users. I love that each segment has its own pulley system so you aren’t having toto keep switching cables. It’s the first exercise machine we’ve bought and consistently used! It’s not a clothing rack and not collecting junk! That’s a win in my book!

3 stars because I have very mixed feelings about this. To start, the item I ordered as new did not appear to be new. Some of the parts were in knotted bags and had scratches and one part was bent. I don’t like the idea of ordering a “new” item and getting what is clearly used or an open box item. Next, the instructions provided are terrible. The instruction manual provided is not accurate and there is a QR code on the back that only takes you to an email. That isn’t very helpful. After searching online for a video showing how to assemble this station and having no luck, I came back to Amazon to report the issue but found a video showing the step by step assembly. I feel the QR code on the manual should actually direct you to the video. Still, there were issue and inaccuracies within the assembly video as well. Ultimately I was able to assemble the station and it does seem sturdy. I’ll have to wait and see how it works out and I will be reaching out to them for replacement parts that came damaged.

Great Home Gym! It’s very sturdy and has allot of great features. There is an exercise guide included. It’s a perfect all in one gym that pairs great with our treadmills creating a fully functional home gym. My husband had no issues putting it together.

Package showed up with missing parts and the wrong part. For example there’s 2 seats and no padding for the curls. It was missing half the pulleys. When I asked for the proper parts I was told “oh well and why did I wait until the weekend ” so I have partially built machine.

I am updating my review now that I have put together my Armac Home Gym and started using it! First of all, the instructions couldn’t have been easier to follow! They list the hardware packs in steps & cross reference with the manual. My daughter could’ve followed the instructions. However, do Take your time making sure you follow the intricacies of the pieces/parts and the direction they should face including when installing the pulley system. I don’t know how people can complain about the guidelines. I built it alone & naturally took a few hours. 1 small blemish on the weight shaft cover which is expected with heavy shipping. All in all, I was and am extremely pleased with this gym! I would highly recommend it to others! My wife & I love it! Well worth the research time and making the right choice especially for the money! Impressive company standards and consideration to the buyers of all sorts in making the intructions so easy and very clear to follow! GOOD JOB ARMAC HOME GYM!
