This is a great home workout station! No, it’s not commercial grade, but the price is nowhere near to what a commercial gym would be. We are a 5’9” and 5’8” couple and it’s the perfect size and weight option for us. We were looking for a small footprint machine and this one serves the purpose. Our basement ceiling is at 81” so this gym fits perfectly. The installation was a breeze! Just follow the instructions. All the steps are clear, with numbered parts, AND the labeled sealed trays of the particular set of screws for each steps wrapped separately. Take your time (really), don’t rush, and get a regular adjustable wrench to eliminate any frustration. I installed it by myself in a little bit over four hours due to numerous runs up and down the stairs bringing the parts from the living room to the basement. The shipping boxes were quite heavy so it was easier to unpack everything upstairs and bring the parts downstairs based on each step’s demands. Two people could get it done in about half the time. We also invested couple more bucks in grips with swiveling base hooks. Worth the extra cost. I also got from Home Depot different lengths chains for better ranges of motions, and ordered a couple of intermediary weights for gradual improvement instead of 13lb jumps.

I decided to purchase this home gym after reading a lot of reviews of other similarly priced home gyms. One of the features that for me was highly desirable, is the leg press. The manufacturer had this to me in 3 days. It took me one solid afternoon to put it together and have my first workout. It did not disappoint. I couldn't be happier with the workouts that I'm getting out of this. Especially for this price point. Since I am 67 years old, the weight stack is perfect for what I need it for. The instructions were comprehensive. You just need to take your time and it all goes together well. It does not come with workout wall charts and the weights do not come with numbers on them. I purchased numbers for the weight stack from Amazon. It's a real space-saving unit.

We are in our early sixties and wanted something we could use at home without taking up a lot of room, and this has worked out very well for us. It fits nicely in a smaller space while still giving us several different workout options. We like the setup and feel it gives us a good way to exercise at home without needing a large dedicated workout area. Seems durable for now, no known issues.

This is my 2nd review about this product . the 1st review I gave it 2 Stars, because of the Machine Design being inadequate for 6'1" users. Leg Presses, and seated presses and rows not being an option for anyone standing over 5'9". Alexa ( AI) suggested focusing more on the Cables on the low, middle and high pulleys . Once the unit was assembled it was apparent that the flaws in the design also included the fact that each of the low, middle, and high pulleys only offer a SINGLE attachment when engaging in Presses,Rows, Pulldowns, etc. NONE of this was mentioned in any of the AI instructions about exercise performance. It merely said to attach 2WO D-handles to any of the Pulleys . THAT is NOT possible on a Machine that has only a SINGLE Connection for each of the 3 Pulleys . When I re-directed this finding to Alexa AI, it THEN stated about the Cable limitations when working bi-lateral exercises. I was recommended to order the 2 additional piecesl I ordered the Extensions and 2 to 1 adapter that day. The arrived the next day , and i attached the new links to to the different pulleys for different exercises. IT WORKED ! The next day, I performed the Cable Deadlift , the Seated Press, Incline press, tricep Pushdown. 2 handed Pulldown, Seated Row, Cable Shrug . Everything worked great. Bear in mind that I only found out about needing the additional pieces once it was assembled, after having asked plethora of questions about what was needed to implement 2-Handed Compound Exercises . based on the success of the H11 AFTER all of the workarounds and needing additional gear. I give it 2 & 1/2 stars. It WILL be productive, so maybe after several weeks or months of using the H11 I MAY feel more Chairtable

Updating to say the welds on this machine are definitely not strong or safe. The part that is welded to the frame that holds the leg press completely snapped off and the internal welds up at the top did as well.

First of all, arrived 2 days ahead of schedule! Whoot! I highly recommend a socket wrench (17mm &19mm), plus open or closed wrenches for tight spots. The included 'wrenches' are terrible. I think it would have taken me 10 hours, not 5, if I used just the included tools. Not sure why it called for screwdrivers- didn't use/need. So this out of shape, 54F put this together solo in 5 hours (95 degrees, too!). A couple adjustments- I took the chains off of the bar attachments to get full range of motion. I'm only 5'4", not sure what taller folks can do about that. The seat adjusts so I can get the correct angle for bicep curls. I purchased a few more carabiner clips for ease of moving the bars(as opposed to the screw type). I also bought 2.5# &5# additional stack weights, so I don't have to jump 12# increments. I wished there were some decals or something for the weight stack. As you can see in one of the pics, I used chalkboard markers to mark the weights. A bit jenky! Anyway, overall, very pleased and can't wait to get to work!! 💪💪💪

This gym works really well for me - I put it in the room next to my home office and I go across to do a few reps between Zoom calls. The whole weight range and variety of exercises is perfect for me. I am a competition outrigger canoe paddler. I had a guy from Task Rabbit put it together and he did it in just under 3 hours - super.

I enjoy the Home Gym. Works well for me, just what I needed and wanted. Easy installation as I followed all the instructions and the use of this machine is really smooth. I’m 5 foot so some things are made for someone taller but was able to adjust to my needs. I had one broken knob in the box and the seller was quick to respond and replace. I really appreciate the seller taken care of this promptly. Happy Satisfied Customers.
