We love this rug. After having purchased other rugs online I was hesitant to invest in another, however, reading the reviews I decided to take one more chance. And I am so pleased that I did. This rug is beautiful. The colors are, as depicted, bright and rich. The feel is soft to the touch, like a natural fiber feels versus a synthetic fiber. After only 2 months it's hard to know the long term durability of this rug but so far it's performance has been of good quality and holds up to what I believe will carry it through for many years. My household is packed with forgetful individuals that can never remember to wipe their feet after treading about outside, but so far a quick sweep with the vacuum does away with any debris and the rug is back to looking brand new. I recently bought this rug for my foyer. I wanted something that would brighten up the entry way but not show dirt tracked in from outside. This fit the bill perfectly. It adds subtle color and coordinates with my existing decor.

Honestly, I'm not sure I really expected much from this rug. After I ordered it, thinking it was much thicker and more rugged (heh) than it obviously turned out to be, I again looked at the available images on Amazon. It became glaringly apparent that this was not the kind of quality I wanted, so I requested cancellation. Unfortunately, the item had already shipped and was well on its way. So I initiated a chat with an Amazon rep, and I asked her if she could contact USPS and simply recall the package, shipping it back to the sender. She assured me that the item would be cancelled and that I would receive a prompt refund. Of course, she lied. This never happened, and I received the rug the very next day. If nothing else, the interaction may actually have sped up delivery, so I'll note that for future orders. Anyway, the rug was left on my doorstep, so it's not like I was able to intercept the delivery person and reject it. It appeared, at first glance, to be a little more sturdy than I expected, so I decided to unpackage and unroll it and lay it on the floor. Not great but not bad. Like I said, this was not the quality that I wanted, but I'm not entirely disappointed with it either. I love the color and pattern, and it's reasonably well constructed.     • You get what you pay for

I purchased the 6.5’ x 9.5’ rug. Not what I expected. Came rolled up battered and torn/ripped plastic (not boxed as it should have been), rolled out extremely wavy, super thin and off gassed a terrible chemical smell. I had to spend another $60 for a pad. I followed their instructions and rolled the opposite direction and let sit that way for 3-days to eliminate the waves. It’s Installed now and is still very wavy. I’m using on carpet and have it anchored on three sides. Tried to smooth out the waves to no avail. I’m very disappointed in how thin it is and really is pretty cheap. I’m being generous with 3 stars, more like 2-1/2 stars. Don’t let the pics fool you, it doesn’t lay flat, smells and is thin. Plan on spending more for a pad too. It’s too bad because how it’s represented I had my hopes up. You get what you pay for sometimes because price point for that size area rug will spend at least $150+ from other suppliers. I’m into it that much now and not happy. ... show more
