First off, I love this rug! Second of all, I hated it at first. It came rolled up tightly, in plastic of course. I read that it would take over night to straighten out, and for the creases to flatten. However, it took much longer. I ended up having to just put it down with my couch holding one side down, and love seat the other side. I had tried everything. Rolling it the other way, heat, leaving it unrolled on the floor. Nothing worked but time and patience. So do not expect it to be perfect at first. Overtime, I am now in love with it. This rug definitely met my expectations. It was shipped to me rolled up nicely in plastic. The ends weren’t protected as much as I would have liked, but it didn’t result in any damage. The rug does not have a chemical odor. The fibers are soft and I was able to flatten most of the rug within an hour or so by putting some Ikea furniture boxes on it. The colors are what I expected based on how the photos look on my phone. The first two photos on the listing must be a smaller size than my 8x10. The design is very similar to what is shown but parts of my rug have an extra tree or abstract pattern (see my photo). As other reviewers noted, my big rug has just one bear. Mine also has four deer and 15 trees. I wish the listing showed a photo of each size rug because I might be interested in buying a small one for just inside the front door, but I have no idea what small part of my big rug it will look like. I just vacuumed it for the first time and all the little leaf pieces that my kids tracked in came right off. ... show more

I have purchased a couple of rugs from this company now. One is large 7x10 and one was a runner. I also have a very nice $400 rug from another company. These rugs are not comparable to a more expensive rug. They are a decent rug for the price. They are a little light weight and somewhat difficult to get them to lie flat. They are not going to lie flat right after you unroll them. It is going to take time. I believe that they will have a tendency to curl, so do yourself a huge favor and get a the underlayment or tape to keep it in place. The underlayment tape works well on hardwood floors, but also works on carpet. Personally I use the tape and it seems to be fine. You don't want to be trippin' over a rug, so spend the money for the tape. It is relatively inexpensive. One roll for the smaller rugs and two rolls for the bigger rugs would be my recommendation. Overall, for the price, the rug is nice without breaking the bank. But, again - it will not compare to an expensive rug. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. ... show more

Ordered for my downstairs. Disregard the mess. Needed for a woodsy man cave that has blue walls. I didn’t want a blue rug. There’s only one bear on the rug but overall we are happy. It laid out flat pretty easily and doesn’t have a weird smell like some rugs do. Also arrived 5 days earlier than we expected so that’s a plus! I ordered the 7x10. Good price for size. The runner is soft, thick with superb colors. I purchased the runner for the side of my bed and its a perfect size, fitting the length of my bed. It arrive a bit winkled but laid flat in two days. Pleased with my purchase for quality, bold colors, design and thickness of the rug.
