This chair is comfortable for a smaller person; not for a tall one. The heater has only one option...HIGH and get way too hot to enjoy for too long. Also the 2 speeds of vibration are low and high and even at the high option it is fair. Easily puts together. Still I am satisfied with the purchase.

I bought two of these chairs. They are very easy to put together. They are not large chairs so if you are looking for that these would be too small. I know a lot of people said that their chairs were hard but both of mine are comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a lever to open the chair and close but I new that these chairs did not have that so it is not too much of a big deal.

It was advertised and the instructions in package showed for 4point massage,back ,lumbar ,thigh, leg but controller sent and the chair I received is only for back and lumbar. the vibration is minimal but the heat is good but only lumbar. So forget about legs and neck. It is easy to assemble and attractive but does not stay easily in recumbent position.

Received the first chair for a Christmas gift. The chair was damaged so I notified the company. They were very kind and sent another chair. It arrived after Christmas but ok no worries. The second chair arrived with my anticipation only to be damaged as well. So frustrating. I know you get what you pay for and the price was extremely affordable for all the chair would do but tears in the fabric are unacceptable. Ease of assembly, I don’t know. Comfiest, I don’t know. Sturdiness, I’m going g to say no!
