I really like the fireplace. It doesn’t put out heat that I was hoping for. It did come damaged and I followed instructions to contact and send information they requested but never got a reply. After finally getting a reply from seller, I’m happy to say they are working on a refund or replacement.

Read other reviews… The reviews about quality and how hard it was to assemble, I almost didn’t buy it. I love putting stuff together and I’ve had difficult projects. This was soooo easy. It took a little time but easy instructions. And went together perfectly. I needed something smaller due to space so this is perfect. As far as the reviews that it over heats. It hasn’t for me. Good cabinet design, but firebox sucked as error code came on every time we used it. Couldn't find codes in manual or online, so were at a loss. Didn't feel the heat either like our old one. Pitched the heater box and installed new 1500w quartz heater into cab. Works well so far.

Bought to replace old Amish made ones came in huge box and opened to find it in million parts to assemble. My handy husband is struggling an hour later do to not enough screws supplied. Should have read fine print that assembly required hence the lower cost. Nice look and hopefully good heat and no wheels on bottom to make it easy to move around ... show more
