The rug is pretty thin, but I had read that in the reviews. I was still a little surprised, by how thin it was when it arrived. No big deal, moving on. One week after I got the rug my Great Dane puked right in the middle of it. It took me a while to figure out how to fold it up to fit in my washing machine because mine is a 9 x 12 - it’s huge! I got it folded (rug side facing out and placed in the washer, ran it on cold then I did have to flip it upside down in the washer and run it a second time. I was convinced my washing machine was going to break, but it did not. Here’s a picture of my rug laying out to dry. I laid it over my kitchen table and propped my kitchen chairs under each corner. I did put paper towels underneath each corner because it dripped water for a few hours. By the time I got home from work, it was dry. Shocked that I actually washed a 9x12 rug!!! ... show more

The colors are beautiful and the fabric is soft. It’s not super thick, so get a good pad for under it. It is large and fills a big living room or great perfectly. Stains also lift easily and it is washable - perfect for little kids or pets. We love it so much!

Not Good: Came folded in a box (not sure what I expected), has lasting creases, thin, & the Grey and blue one has very slight yellow streaks I personally think look like smeared mustard stains. Ordered 10 x 14 Khaki. Clearly received an uninspected return that was dirty. Also, please believe other reviews, this is super thin and would not even meet my needs with a thick rug pad underneath. Lastly, color is way off. There is no khaki in the rug. However there is a lot of blue, which was not referenced in rug description. What a hassle to box up and return. ... show more

With dogs, I wanted a rug that is easy to clean and this is perfect. I haven't had to wash it yet because a little dawn dish soap and a damp cloth cleans it well. Highly recommend.
