The box that it came in was damaged but the couch was in great shape, the left arm has some markings on it but overall it's a solid couch, it works for what we need it. It is comfortable if you like a firm couch and it's easy to put together, the price is reasonable. Bought this for my 14 year old senior dog. I want his senior senior years to be the best. He's got his own sofa in our living room now. The setup was easy. I just followed the instructions. The armrests are adjustable. I keep them up a bit to give him the feel of a real couch. I had no problem with adjusting the back from up to down or anything in between. My guy likes in between so that's where we keep it at for him. I laid and sat on it through a movie and it's super comfortable. It’s a cute little couch, great for small apartments or spaces. Just not as comfortable to sit or sleep on, was hoping it would be more comfortable than it is. Cushions were kinda thin maybe 2 inches in thickness. Everything is great quality, super easy to put together in less than 15 minutes.

I bought this couch for my dog. She always has her own couch and I moved into a bigger apartment now. The couch lays down completely like a bed and I put a quilt over it to keep it clean and she loves it. The pictures look well cushioned but don't be fooled. This futon feels like I'm sitting on a couple of boards with a t-shirt on top of it. I bought the fabric, black fouton. The cushions do not look the same in person compared to the pictures. The fouton does looks nice and you will have the urge to sit on it but then you'll dislike it very much once you take a seat. The fouton i received also had a damaged hinge on one side. My back and my behind is in discomfort after 5 minutes on this thing. ... show more
