Shipped faster than expected and all three of my boxes arrived together. No missing parts or hardware. Assembly wasn't bad. My father in law helped us and we had it put together in under 2 hours. It seems sturdy enough. My husband approves and loves having the ottoman on the end for lounging. My kids seem to like it to. I like the color and fabric. It looks pretty nice and is a good length with lots of sitting space. We didn't have the money to spend $1300 on a new sofa so this was a good purchase for us. It does take a little time for the cushions to fully expand but no problems there. There isn't much padding on the back rest cushions. They are a bit thin and the couch maybe runs a tad firm, but I still like it overall and no complaints considering the price.

We bought the L shaped couch. The couch itself is great! It was easy to put together and is exactly as pictured. Before I ordered, I saw reviews that had issues with shipping, so here is my experience. The seller specifies that the couch ships in three boxes. First of all, the first package arrived 4 days later than the Amazon shipping estimate. The seller uses FedEx instead of Amazon, which means that Amazon offers no way to track the second and third packages. Once the first package arrived, I had no way to track the next packages or know if they were shipped at all. I ended up emailing the company and they were able to send me the tracking codes for the other two boxes, which arrived 3 days after the first one. Overall, the couch itself was a great purchase. Very comfortable, deep seating, and just the right size for our space. Unfortunately, the company is not very transparent with shipping. As the customer, I wish they could include all of the package tracking numbers in Amazon!

I purchased a 3 seat couch and chair. The couch was longer than I expected. I was able to combine the chair with one of the couch sections for 2 beautiful seating areas. They are very comfortable. The material is soft. I love the color I chose. I put it together myself and it took no time at all.

Unlike some of the reviews, I didn’t have a problem with delivery. I received all 3 packages at the same time. The 3 packages range from 90lbs to (I think) 25lbs. Each box contains the same instructions and a bag of hardware. If you’re like myself, I suggest laying out all the pieces in order and reading through the instructions. ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED… like the WHOLE THING! Really the only thing you don’t have to do is put fabric on all the parts. You do however have to assemble the seats, the backrest, legs, the arms. Wasn’t too bad though. Took me about 4 hours, wouldn’t have took as long but I’m a perfectionist AND I put the arms of the couch on wrong (lol). For reference, I’m a 27yr old new mom to a 9month old, so the 4 hours also included taking care of him as well. A drill definitely came in handy! The couch is absolutely wonderful though. It’s comfy, has decent support, and it’s HUGE! I’m a big girl (5’4 & 275lbs with wide hips) and I fit very very comfortable on it as far as depth of the couch goes. My husband is 6’3 and he find it comfortable as well. I was concerned about it being too short or the backrest hitting him awkwardly, and it doesn’t at all. As far as looks, it’s a wonderful color and doesn’t look like I only paid $400 for it. It does feel cheap either. Side note: I added Velcro strips to the back of the couch and the pillows so they wouldn’t move as easily. I have no complaints at all! Wonderful couch for a wonderful price!

first, the quality seems fine to me. solid. the measurments ARE actually accurate. THAT's the place I expected the screw up. The seat without back pillows is only like 3- 4" thinner than a twin size bed. And very comfortable. Does that redeem it in my eyes? NO. BC the blue they showed was a beautiful blue. Like several other slightly smaller couches. It says navy blue. but I saw other couches that said the same thing OR just blue. And they were the same beautiful blue. Are you catching on that my problem is not JUST bc its supposed to be true navy blue. It's some grayed out even uglier color than navy blue. This is for studio apartment with a bed and couch. Neither of which goes with the linens, curtains and pillows. And worse yet, I cant imagine finding anything that is attractive and goes with this "navy blue'. You might not care, In which case, get it! Unfortunately for me, I did not come this far to fail. I bought a couch before online. It wasn't even the same style as pictured. So, I guess I'm slightly ahead of the game. This is not pretty blue or even a true navy

Very nice, simple to put together, great couch for the cost, very surprised, would recommend this couch to anyone, will sleep on this couch tonight to see if it really matches up to this review, great for sitting, laying down because I’m very tall and it’s very long and I’m laying here with someone else who is very tall and is my boyfriend, there is a music on and it’s enjoyable to sit and watch. 100% you have to get this couch if you’re trying to get a couch then this is the one that you need to get, I promise you should get this and you’ll be really happy. I would suggest that you purchased this couch or finance it if it allows you to do that, it’s worth it, it delivered very fast and is really great. It’s dense and springy and it supports me really well and I’m really tall. Try this couch out if you like it, you should tell me. Give my review a review, I don’t know if it does that but we could suggest it to the people that made this app. Try this couch or else.
