My wife and I wanted all-new bakeware. She bakes and cooks a lot so we wanted something that would stand the test of time. Let me tell you, these are extra-heavy-duty and will NOT warp. Hand washing is easy since we can't make anything stick them. Pros: Extra heavy-duty and will not warp Easy to hand wash and virtually nothing sticks to them Handles make getting out of the oven safer and more convenient Cooling racks are ideal for those baking cookies. Also makes PERFECT bacon and French fries These should last a lifetime. Cooking spray and metal utensils will damage the finish. You really don't need a cooking spray as nothing seems to stick to them. High temp silicone utensils are recommended and work great without damaging the finish. Cons: Heavier than we expected. Most pans require both hands (OvGlove oven mitts or equivalent recommended) You might need to purchase additional cooling racks and cookie sheets if you do a lot of baking during holidays. Otherwise you'll need wax paper for cookies straight out of the oven. ... show more

So far so good. Unfortunately these pans seem to scratch easily. They do a grand job at nonstick. I recommend using Dawn foaming spray all over after every use. It keeps residue from building up.
